Set it to Long Distance for everyone, and after they max it up, all types of ADR a swell, which will allow the drivers to earn much more money per job - basically, it is just as you would want to level-up yourself)

the max brake strength is pretty good already with my settings, but as soon as i everso slightly touch the brake pedal, it still brakes extremly strong
