I was wanting to be able to remove my spoiler on a 2019 Ford Fusion. The local salvage yard had a 2016 Fusion with a spoiler. Wasn't able to remove it on my first attempt, but for the $3 entry fee, its a great opportunity to learn how to remove it and if I break something , its not on my spoiler.

You really saved me! My display got smashed (don't ask) and the part alone would be $1000 from Ford - probably $1500 for the whole job, which is more than the book value of the car. $122 for a used part from Ebay and your flawless instructions put me back in business. Thank you so much!

Had the same issue, but my good mechanic friend wanted to check everything and change everything even unnecessary things until I changed the wheel speed sensor myself and it went away. lol.

Great stuff! May I know which of these support immobilizer cloning and Ecu cloning functions? Some cars of mine are more than 10 years old, and inevitably, the modules will start failing. So I definitely need those functions covered. I'm guessing if they're advanced enough to do Immo and Ecu, they will also already cover bi directional scanning. Thanks!

1) the wires on the driver side are different color then the passenger side 2) wired it exactly how you did and get no lights at all.

The Autel MP808k does basically the same thing as the Autel 906 except the 906 can read OBD1 vehicles w/fuel injection (92-present). The Mp808k will not read Obd1 vehicles or Cadillacs before 1996, though they give you the Obd1 connecters. The icons are shown on different screens on the MP808K, instead of listing them all on the same screen. It's a marketing gimmick! Yeah....they tricked me too! Along with millions of others. But compared to the Snap-On for the weekend warrior this is an amazing tool. Not all functions are available for all make and models vehicles. Though it may show the icon on the screen. After you select the option you so desperately need the Autel will say " This function not allowed". Then you will have to buy a Snap-On MT2500 & vehicle specific cartridges for your Classic vehicles 89-2008. Price wise for the weekend warrior the Autel is over priced by a few hundred bucks, but compared to the Snap-On Scanners that have most of the same functions. The Autel is a dream come true by a fraction of the cost. So yeah....the Autel also loads & starts twice as fast compared to Snap-Ons. If you have vehicles from 97 - to the present. Then the Autel is truly your best option. If you have a shop, then you will have to purchase an Autel 908S Pro for under $2,300 instead of buying a Snap-On for $8,000 - $12,000. Now the only major issues I have had so far with my Mp808 is after you let your yearly subscription lapse, you will keep getting this annoying message asking you to purchase a new update. And yes....updates are super cheap compared to Snap-Ons. Weekend warrior don't need the newer up dates unless you're planning on helping you parents or best friend with their 2021's- present & HV's ( Hybrids).
