Facial rejuvenation began as a personal adventure. Eva found out how Chinese Medicine could keep her skin naturally smooth and from breaking out, and this turned into specialty when she was practicing traditional Chinese medicine in California. Along the way, Eva also wanted to find something that could extend the life of the facial rejuvenating treatments she was giving to her clients and discovered Face Yoga. Since being certified in the Face Yoga Method, Eva has been teaching clients how to sculpt and relax their faces and bodies to achieve symmetry, tone, and glow using a blend of exercises and Chinese Medicine.

Who am I? I’m Eva Lu. I’ve been practicing and teaching Face Yoga since 2017. I’ve practiced Chinese Medicine since 2009 and have been helping clients with facial, neck and shoulder issues. I’m 40. I have had a child and know what it’s like to go through postpartum. I have never had cosmetic fillers, injections, nor surgery. Most days I am make up free and prefer a constraint free and braless life. I started this journey because I was destined for drooping eyes and upper eyelid surgery and wanted to stop squinting in flash photos and get rid of my forehead wrinkles. I also had terrible tension headaches and jaw pain from grinding regularly before I started and now the pain is in the past.

Wind cold… classic symptoms include low grade fever, chills, body aches, unable to sweat, seeking heat.

Hi Eali Eali, thanks for the message. I have found that my clients who have (including myself!) do these exercises every day you will see results. Photos really make a difference so start there. Also, this 21 day challenge is a taste of what you can experience with face yoga. Everyone’s results will vary. So if you’re looking for something specific that you’d like help with, let me know. 😊

@@Barbie56. I am not sure what you mean by your skin becoming black. Do you mean “dark”? If this is the case, darkness usually occurs due to poor circulation. So by moving and exercising your facial muscles every day, you will circulate the blood and lymphatic system to give you a natural glow. I hope that helps!
Why I don't see any major changes on your face from day one?
I’ve been doing face yoga for over 3 years. The changes are subtle and over time. I used to have deeper forehead wrinkles and eleven lines. What are your goals with face yoga?

@@rekhasinghania8695 have you taken your first photo? Photos track your progression over time and will help you see your transformation. And if you’re concerned with reducing “fat” from your face you need to identify if it is water retention or weight gain. Water retention will go away easily with consistent face yoga. Weight gain is another issue that I haven’t spoken about on this channel. While you will be able to see some changes with face yoga and reducing fat from weight gain, the first thing is to manage the weight gain. And there are ways to do that. If you’re not sure what you’re dealing with you can always contact me for a private session to work together. I personally know that if I don’t continue, my face will start to break out again and the wrinkles on my forehead and between my eyebrows will come back as we’re activating the muscles. How often would you recommend doing this massage? Can you do it every day?
