Sky lake used to be such a good lake now it’s not ran correctly I mean when do paylakes have bankers hours? 🤦🏼‍♂️ I don’t believe there is a fish in there over 65 it was once such a good lake and now is mediocre at best it’s so sad back during the Tracy Ellis days it was 🔥

These work ok I guess but I've used them and wouldn't get a hit on them when a guy next to me is slaying them on live bluegill

I judge my depth with a non weighted pole float with a heavy sinker. When the float is on its side its on bottom. When it is in the up right position then yr appended. Once I know how deep it is where I'm fishing. I adjust my float stopper till I find the fish. Thats just what I do

Got em in Kansas as well. Great bait. Would dig up a small floating scalable cup full of them, tether them to my waist or something and wade up creeks or visit ponds. Caught alot of channels with them. Work good for bullhead as well if your trying to get good bait for flathead. I'm curious if anyone has "farmed" them with any success. Thats actually what brought me here.

I have never caught a fish on leaches I caught my biggest on goldfish my second biggest on bluegill and I caught farm fish on shrimp and nightcrawlers

I’d do both the “yard cutting cat slayer “ you could do “how to” videos on best ways to go about breaking a yard down in sets we know but others may not . Wen they look at yard they see a lot work we look at yard we think 10steps ahead to get it done more efficient

I subd.. like ur vids man. loveeee fishing myself and I live in the west end of huntington.... I just bought a clover trap off of waterbug that lives across from sky.. he dont cut the openings because every state is different. do u by chance know thr legal allowed size openings for a clover trap? I don't like the junk funnel shaped one's you can get at walmart bc you can't get any decent chubs or shiners or sunnies in thrm..... so I figured I'd pull the trigger on a clover bc I fish sky and the river alot. bur a we some content man and ya gta new subscriber. wouldn't be right If I didn't since we're brothers by tight lines in wv lol.. fish on and keep them lines tight bro
