The grammar of your language is incredibly similar to Nguni languages spoken in South Africa. There is no other language nearby which has the initial vowel like Kinyarwanda and Nguni, that I know of. Also, when you say 'ibitugu' it is also similar to us. The similar words are amabere (that's amabele in Nguni), amatama (amathamo in Nguni). We have: Ama- Aba or abe - Umu U- I- That's us! Anyway: Kinyarwanda -------- Nguni 1. Amatako --- Amathanga 2. Amabuno --- Izibunu 3. Amatama --- Amathamo (it is not always used) 4. Ikirenge --- Imilenze 5. Igitsina - Isini (but also ubulili) 6. 'gore' you say is female. We have a vulgar word golo for vagina. 7. Amano --- Inzwane (singular: Uluzwane) 8. Ukuboko ------ Umboko (Elephant trunk) 9. Ikiganza (Ibiganza) ------- Isandla (Izandla) 10. Ikikumwe ------ Isithupha (but we have the word iminwe for fingers. The older word for finger is ugalo)
