Only concerns I have is the odd chance a car loses control on the race track and heads towards your home. Also if you have young children there’s always the chance of them wondering too far. The racetrack is extremely close to the back. Apart from that this is perfect for racing lovers

There’s a similar setup in Thermal California accept all the homes are owned by club members who keep their race cars in 10 car garages that come with the houses,If your into racing cars it’s an incredible place to live but I have a feeling laying out by this pool could get really noisy,Beautiful home though….

$3.4M home w/o privacy at all. Home Designers need to incorporate screen privacy in pool areas and windows between neighbors to give home owners privacy as lots size is getting smaller in million dollar home. It seems like your neighbor know every move you do in your own home.
