I found this review, i recently bought the same president bracelet for my alpinist. I felt it may have been a bit overpriced for what it was (though I did get the solid end links). I have a Parnis jubilee that retails for $30-$40 that seems to beat this in every category. Screw in links, milled clasp, solid endlinks. This isn't a bad bracelet by any means, but seeing that strapcode is closer in price and offers a more substantial bracelet, I feel like uncle seiko would need to step up its game. The only downside of the strapcode is it's super chunky (except for one of the jubilees) and it doesn't have the president options.
Excellent observations! If StrapCode made only slightly thinner and delicate bracelets then they would have the perfect fit for the Alpinist.

Not really a fan of ml feel like there are many brands which make better watches and are better value for the money
Like I said in the video they are doing things in a particular way to play a strong game in the entry level market. It’s working well for them. Apart from obvious comparisons I found the finishing to be at par with the other players in the range - Oris, Baume, Bell&Ross etc.
@@thekaranmadan yeah but they lack originality there are many watches with better value who have original designs and heritage ml looks like its trying to be the entry level ap with poor finishing and eta movements
Agreed to an extent, but 1) that is shortsighted thinking from us collectors because we go crazy deep into everything about the hobby; there are thousands of buyers who are more than happy with an AP-esque watch at a fraction of the price of the real deal. And 2) ML is not only about the Aikon even though it looks that way considering the brand has been promoting this line for almost a decade now, but look deeper and you will find Maurice Lacroix is so much more than just the Aikon. Maybe I will do a detailed video about their Masterpiece lines in the near future and then I will try my best to highlight all that stuff.

Impressive video. One point, Norqain is not a microbrand. They are an independent brand. Unlike a microbrand, Norqain has a full international distribution network, in-house watchmakers, industry experts on the board, relationships with other manufacturers (i.e., using Tudor's movements), and owns their own service center infrastructure.
Yes, absolutely! The whole point of this video was to throw light on that fact. They started out as a small(Ish) operation but have grown rapidly since then.
Thank you Dr. Madan for the Demonstration. I can see that watch in use for Trauma patients where immediate pulse and respiration counts are critical . Prior to hooking them up on the monitor.
