Hello mate I grew up in egremont and smash the beaches for years, not sure if you know it but me and another named a mark called Corker Point which is a low water mark great for codlings in winter and Bass in summer, if you haven't pm me and I will let out out secret after 30 years

I was on that beach 1st of the month 50 rays 5 hrs between 3 of us

Top angling mate, well done you can't beat fresh peeler crab top bait. Lovely sunset and a great location to fish Mark X hey very productive. Once the red cod are on the crab it's very productive from the Northumberland shore line on the North East coast, but most of your fish were fresh run.
