Excellent starter tutorial. Covered all the bases for the first phase of the game. Incredibly, even though there are 24 different starter locations, not only did you choose to start at the same location as I did in Alpha 2, but you built your base on the water in exactly the same spot as me. Note: I won't build my base on the water again, because when I deconstructed parts to redo, the materials dropped into the water and vanished. Similarly, I lost materials from failed crafts. It is possible to play solo - you might need a second plot at some point - but if you join a clan one plot should be enough - each plot expands when they are joined together. At the start, a small clan set up next to me and invited me to join. It was a lot of fun figuring things out together, and allowed me to specialize in making weapons for the clan, and receive clothing and food and drink buffs before I had time to level those skills.

personally i think the "open world survival craftothon games are a little played out. they're all too similar.

And yet people claim there is SBMM in this game. I have never seen matches that are complete blowout beatdowns like this one in strict sbmm online shooters. Nice game dude. 👍🏼

Pick-up radius should be much larger, that's a basic feature most games should have. Sitting on top of loot to pick it up is just non-sense in 2024 now, come on.

Just hopped off. Dont know if its an AMD thing, usually with new games it has long stutters that freeze for about 2-5 seconds due to shader buffering and such. But it was pretty unplayable for me. Big pauses soon as i start shooting. Then im dead once it resumes. The game looks good enough, plays basic, cool operator abilities do just enough, but some are better than others for sure. Hopefully once this stutter issue goes away once the game is fully settled on my gpu i can actually PLAY. But it still has sweaty try hards as any game will regardless of SBMM. Some glitches and bugs to be ironed out. At least we have something other than COD now!

To all that commented the title of this is not fun is about being killed constantly by the robots thats all, the game itself is okay

You are getting overwhelmed because you are new. It happens. Learn from your mistakes, ask for advice and you'll get better You spent more time running around than killing the bots, so naturally there's gonna seem like a lot of them. A couple of time's I saw you throwing strats/grenades without actually aiming for a group, or anything for that matter. Bit of forethought about where you throw things will work wonders. Bit of advice: Get your support weapon first thing when you drop in, extra gun is always good. The walkers, unless you have something with armor pen either move around and shoot the driver or throw a grenade at it's feet to kill it. Anything else, if it has a glowy spot then aim there as it's either the head or another weakspot.
