Back then you didn't usually see military bands make it to the finals. That's quite an achievement.
no offense homegirl at all but i needed some help for me and my friend and i did this homework and homegirl it was all wrong 🥲
Really miss this day it'll be a day I never forget from band wish I could relive this moment.
man this band really fell off. im about 10 minutes from here, we play them every year in football. covid ruined them i think. they're still great, but not the giant they once were.
Do you have any more videos from this concert?! I was on the front row and there was a point where John Cooper let me sing into the mic but my dad wasn't able to get it on video. Thanks for sharing your videos, that was an awesome concert!
the answers of Q8,Q9,Q10 is not correct
Jack Hale was one of my 7th grade teachers at Freeport Jr. High in 1966 and my football coach that year.
They were great! We're one of their competitors (Redwater) from 2019. Congratulations on making the State Military Championships earlier this year! 🙂👍
Big boy at the 10:00 mark 🤣🤣🤣🤣
What song is this? I love it
it's called Handclap
division 1
I remember attending this show . I was amazed at finally seeing a marching band without all the theatrical performance. This band and Cameron Yoe were my favorite.
Amazingly good twirler! Great job!!!
Bso law school has have
Very good twirler!
lol i love how that front row of boys looked amazed the whole time
Coming from a Whitesboro Band member, I know it's a little late - but we want y'all to know that we LOVED y'all's performance and how kind the members were to us. We hope to see you again very soon! I will never forget when we accidentally cheered for White Oak's announcement into finals followed shortly by us actually getting called - White Oak cheered right back at us, lol.
Funny thing I was there in person to watch that but then I moved to Arkansas
Wow! My daughter is in 2nd grade at WO. We saw this and are completely amazed! Does your daughter teach?
My brother was in this past year he’s the kid in the bottom left at the beginning he was awesome 👏🏻 we made it to 4th place as the only military band
This was last year at my brothers band competition they is awesomeeeee 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I was the kid on the front row that messed up at the beginning, alto sax
1:21
The song is * I can make ur hands clap *
This would be about the only marching band at the state contest that is Parade Ready! You could actually take white oak off the field and they'd be very useful in a civic festival.
Did they make finals
yes they placed 4th
I was there and I miss it so much!
I’m not a huge fan of corps style bands (I’m in a show style band myself) but this has to be one of the most incredible shows I’ve EVER seen!
Jason Myers that’s because they did the milicorps but they said that they weren’t going to do it anymore because it didn’t go the way they thought it would. I going to join Queen City’s band but I loved the thought of being in a military band but after seeing that they were attempting at corps I decided not to. But Queen City placed 3rd and this school placed 4th at state so at least I don’t have bad taste.
They look creepy
Based
Correction, they look frickin awesome
i was there this year this was my first year and the farthest ive ever been away from tupelo ms
I really needed to know how to do those ones you crossed out😞
Me too!!
I was there ayyy
I wish there were military style bands outside of Texas. I would have liked to march this style in high school, and A&M is the only college band that marches like this.
Beautiful job! I am so glad to see a true marching band. Congratulations

Why is this 3A so big
The band size doesn't affect the class they are in
Almost half of our High School is in the band. We have always had most of our students in the marching band. Great Tradition.
I've been to a number of DCI events, and they were nice. But as somebody who marched in a military style high school marching band back in the late 70s (oops, showing my age), to me THIS is what marching band is, and always will be all about. KUDOS for such a great job of keeping traditional marching bands alive. I'd rather watch your show than most of what DCI has to offer any day.
they placed 4th overall if anyone was curious
Big accomplishment
very nice. music is clear and precise. Marching is also good.Good job!
Great job! Best of luck at Area C!
?
This really helped me
why did you cross out the y=-1, x=3, x=-1?
ikr she no how do to it :p
@@vgzhh1171 bro i have the same paper and I thought it was like that
Were you looking at row 109? If you saw a kid Standing while the rest were sitting and the same row that kid was on there were friends that were laughing their heads off that was me
Really weird for me stumbling across this video. Mr. Hale was principal of white oak elementary when i began kindergarten in 1983. Mrs. Snoddy was my teacher. I remember coming to school one day and the staff had decorated the entire school in black as if in a funeral. It was Mr. Hale's 40th birthday. I remember the banner out front. "Lord, Lordy, Mr. Hale is 40!" funny thing is: as me writing this now, i'm one year older than mr. Hale was then. 8 guess that makes mr. Hale about 75 years old now. Although i never had too many personal interactions with mr hale, he did know my name and he was always very friendly. One thing i remembered is he never talked down to children as a lot of adults do. He just talked to kids like they were his peers. I went on to white oak middle school in the fall of 1989, but my family moved to dallas. I still miss those years in white oak. Good town and good people. Glad to see mr. Hale is good and finished his long career.
I was there as an adult sponsor from Marshall. It was so amazing!
It was a great performance. Can’t wait for next year
I was there, that was pretty fun
I love how her teammates are cheering her on.
I LOVED THAT SONG PLAY IT MORE
