30” Baritone guitar build
I did think I would make this video,so video footage was never recorded of the build itself,got some cheese music with the build pictures and a small video at the end of the playability and sound.
The woods used are in no order, ash,flamed maple,Purple Heart spalted maple,mahogany, rose wood,garboon ebony.
Hardware were from parts that I’ve accumulated over the years

4 cups cauliflower,2 eggs,2 table spoons garlic,1/2 cup cheddar cheese ,two cups Parmesan cheese ,handful chopped parsley, small hand full of cilantro,salt ,pepper, crushed red pepper,2 table spoons Italian season, micro wave the cauliflower for about 5-6 min,let cool and squeeze water out mix all ingredients, place and shape on parchment paper and bake @400 for 20-30

My main concern would be the the shavings from drilling. How did you know that the keg did not contain any when you went to fill it with beer? I love the idea, and plan on doing this really soon.
washed it several times then ran a extension magnet to be sure

This is really smart. I'm going to do this. Why do you file down the valve stem?
I filed down the valve stem smaller than the rubber gaskets and made the hole in the top of the keg smaller (same size as valve stem)so that when the rubber squeezes it is compressed and it forms a seal
Nice tutorial. I am wondering if I could have just a single valve stem, remove its core, add the beer and then connect the Co2 regulator? Also, I am wondering if it would fit into a Heineken beer dispense with the regulator. Thank you.
Would have to hold the tap open. He has to to release air pressure from building up.
Sorry for the delayed response,not sure on the dispenser,however yes two valve stems are needed one to liquid fill and one for air pressure release,now if you had say the other style kegs with the plastic push top then you can use just one valve stem for the co2,Thanks for watching..!
