Thanks David - I still boot it up now and then! And it's true, the Hololive fangames have flourished over the last couple of years.

I encourage you to check out the Speedrun leaderboards and see the varied categories and communities within. It also generates a variety of resources in-game so even if not speedrunning for records, it's useful.

Standard cheats still seem to work for noclip, god mode, and ammo. The game has a failsafe to detect this though, and your score for the round becomes void.

Once you clear the main game and all of the hospital events/rooms, then resting in the bed starts up the first New Game+. I think there are 5 NG+ states total.

Hey there - not yet! I am focussing on finishing all of the maps on Endurance Mode in the original release. I see that the addon page now has a bunch of things to choose from, so will get to them ASAP after Endurance runs are done.
