This video shows how to scan documents to Xerox printes hard drive HDD folder.
Yuo need to enable scan to mailbox and then you can scan any document from your Xerox printer to printer's HDD and then download/delete/reprint to/from your comuter.

Yes the procedure is the same and you need 12 digit reset code (note: password reset option must be enabled ).

Yes this is default password but it will nor work if has been changed and you do not remember it.

Yes that is true. I did not have it at the time and I was struggling because I used only one hand (hold camera on other hand). It takes a few seconds to remove if both hands are available :). I have just demonstrated the idea how to replace it.

Replaced chip for the correct one. You can check your part number if you go to supplies and touch the toner colour which you need to replace.

This yt video is about rrseting admin password. For your problem you should reload firmware first. It can be also faulty hdd, sbc board, sd card. I am not familiar with your model.

My video is too large for me to send an email, although it's only 40 seconds. At any rate I go to control p and hit okay and then I go to my printer properties and it shows me how it's reading my file size to print and then the status bar says printing, then the copy of beeps 4 times 4 straight times, and then the print queue just goes away, as if the job has been printed. I have the work center 7125, and it shows me that the device or should I set the driver is working properly.
@@skydzigns From your description you do not have problem with admin password but with driver if your printer is connected through USB cable or port/driver if is networked.

If you got option features installation available then the procedure is the same. If not then you need send reset file with reset code inside to your printer.
