Why did you go with yellow sumos over the other colors? My understanding is that they are reserved for heavy RV builds or rigs that haul close to max a lot of the time, or you will have a rough ride when hauling less than 500lbs on it.

Don’t buy a real sled they are outrageous. $99 for foam with some plastic on the bottom. They don’t what kids to play outside. Newest game for them to sit around all day is only $68. Our sleds are all falling apart wanted to upgrade them until I saw the price. It would be $300 for the kids but that’s a lot of grocery’s. I broke out the zip tape and fixed what we have. That’s not cheap either but it’s was leftover from a job.

Hi you can also use a tube for a tire, or a good size piece of cardboard they work good for a cheap sled.

I signed up, and I'm glad I did! After a rough year, and a lot of down time, this was exactly what I needed. I had to get success at something quickly, a confidence boost. These exercises are effective, and tolerable for everyone. This workout is actually fun, and will trick your mind into not realizing it is a workout. I sped up or slowed down based on individual tolerance, the key for me is to start, and finish without stopping, that is a win each exercise, every workout session. It can burn the muscles that are being targeted, but only for a short 2 minutes per exercise, motivational in my opinion...lol. Hearing Coach JA call out the times, and encourage while we exercise together, is my language when it comes to this kind of workout. Money well spent, quality Coaching, short effective workout. I know I've done something good, every time I finish! Thank you Brother/Coach J.A!

All you need now is a "square" bucket. I don't know why some back pack maker has designed and built a pack one. I'd happily consider a backpack built around a "square" bucket with PALS webbing around all three sides to accomodate whatever sort of outside paouch works for whatever I needed to put in it, Maybe put a big pouch on the strpa side of it to hold a larege hydration "cushion" if you want.
