I think these Crawford Logan and Gerda Stevenson remakes are really very good and capture the Peter Coke and Marjorie Westbury (in my opinion the best portrayals of Paul and Steve) series excellently. But although the names of the rest are read out, we don’t know who plays who. For example who does Jimmy Chisholm play?

I only like the crawford and gerda episodes

A very good re-hash of the original, with the exception of the announcer who is trying to emulate the vowel sounds and clipped accents of the 40s and 50s and failing, he overplays it and it adds a jarring note. Paul and Steve are excellent and have captured Peter Coke and Marjorie Westbury perfectly.

I appreciate you also providing these episodes as entertainment for my night shifts of carpentry and joinery work.... Really solid audio work by the producers and actors!

Sir Graham has a cushy number, Paul solves the case and Sir Graham drinks Paul's whisky.

Do prefer the other intro music, to be honest. My favourite Paul Temple is Peter Coke.

Sometimes it sounds like they're calling him Mr Tadpole 😅

She's lost her shoe. Apparently.

I can't listen anymore when you keep having excerpts quit the music on interludes

I always wished they had carried on producing Paul Temple's stories on from Francis Durbridge's works and the blueprint he set and gone in a far more 'grittier' direction. Paul Temple 'By all Means'. Full of bonking and graphic violence.

My whole problem these re records suffer from is that gerda Stevenson was miscast as Steve as was the actor playing paul temple.

I'm going to rewind and count how many times Mrs Temple prefixes husband's name "Paul" anytime she asks him they talk together. That or 'darling " . .

I feel I have to point this out, it says Full Audiobooks, edited by Laikhan. N. How can it be full and edited?

I just wish there were more, love them all, I'm a very big 83 year old Paul Temple fan.

Love these stories so much. Cost comfort. And so well done. Very clever.

Great story but I think the recordings are incomplete. Story jumped forward a couple of times like some scenes were missing.

Love these, they relax me at night.
