Just like the guy in the Steely Dan song "Deacon Blues" decided "I'll play just what I feel", I myself upload just what I feel. Expect to see basic shitposts, audio mixes, obscure audio rips, and everything else in-between. And of course, plenty of TH-cam comments.

Roomisode 3 (Rich Trott Version) - Dangeresque: The Roomisode Triungulate Soundtrack [EXTENDED]
One of my favorite bits from the Dangeresque Roomisode Triungulate soundtrack is the Rich Trott version of the jazzy music used in Perducci's restaurant for "Roomisode 3: Keep My Enemies, Loser". I always felt though like the official version was a little short, so I decided to take a crack at doing my own "extended" version (albeit not TOO long). Enjoy!

[Reupload] Ed, Edd n Eddy - Everybody Dance Now [EddDrawMcGraw AMV]
มุมมอง 1882 หลายเดือนก่อน
One of my favorite classic AMVs from the old days of TH-cam (circa 2007-2008; you can tell from the grainy 240p quality) that was pretty much almost extinct thanks to EddDrawMcGraw's channel going bust and TH-cam's copyright game getting shittier. Thankfully thanks to a mirror on VK Video, I was able to find this moldy oldie and reupload it for all the old farts like me that saw this back in th...
Local on the 8's Except It's Rusty Ruin Zone Act 1
มุมมอง 1483 หลายเดือนก่อน
My friend Fawkes introduced me to the Sega Saturn Sonic 3D Blast soundtrack and I fell in love with the music from Rusty Ruin Zone Act 1, but I've noticed it sounds kinda like a Weather Channel/Weatherscan track, so I thought it'd be funny to dub over a classic Intellistar broadcast with the aforementioned BGM. Enjoy! Intellistar footage sourced from this broadcast recording: th-cam.com/video/F...
Beastars - Tsuki ni Ukabu Monogatari (Mountain Dulcimer Cover)
มุมมอง 929 หลายเดือนก่อน
So over a year ago I did a completely acoustic cover of "My true self" from Beastars and had put out a poll sometime after that asking if I should do a full-on cover of "Tsuki ni Ukabu Monogatari" (A Story Floats on the Moon) from the same anime, as they both use the same melody. While it only ever saw one vote (for "yes"), I put it on the backburner for a long time... till today something just...

King Brian craftily tricks Darby into making a fourth wish to cancel out his other wishes especially his wish to go in the Death Coach and save him from death too. The ruse works, and Darby is dumped off on a muddy lane ...

The Banshee Appears - Darby O'Gill and the Little People (1959)

Katie chases Cleopatra up Knocknasheega as a foreboding keening is heard, and Darby and Michael make haste to find her as a storm rolls in. Beastars - My True Self (Mountain Dulcimer Cover)
มุมมอง 158ปีที่แล้ว
A little cover of one of my favorite pieces from the Beastars soundtrack, "My true self", the leitmotif of which is used throughout the show's soundtrack, especially for "A Tale of Moon" and the season 1 finale credits theme, "Tsuki ni Ukabu Monogatari" (basically just a longer, more elaborated Japanese-language version of the latter). Just a little something to help break in my new mountain du...
Flooded Mine "Full" Song (Rough Mix)
มุมมอง 3.1K2 ปีที่แล้ว
I attempted to mix a "full" version of the song from the Flooded Mine, using available audio from Nick Fike's complete instrumental rip overlaid with DeAnna Packer's isolation of the ride's song complete with the usually missing opening two lines from the "Sounds of Silver Dollar City" LP, adjusting the tempo of the instrumental track a little so as to properly fit the two together. I couldn't ...
A Bug's Life - Flik Saying "Oh No"
มุมมอง 37K2 ปีที่แล้ว
Just wanted to isolate this little bit from A Bug's Life. It's perfect for a forum weapon/reaction video, and I think someone used to have a version of this up for a while, but as it's gone, I have made this to replace it. Special thanks to Richard the Impersonator for providing the original clip that I trimmed down to make this: th-cam.com/video/Jq1oQDXpdcI/w-d-xo.html
There Was a Long Silence (Thomas & Friends)
มุมมอง 8622 ปีที่แล้ว
I noticed that for some reason the clip for the "silence" (aka just the incidental music and steam hissing sounds) from the Thomas episode "The Deputation" isn't up anymore, whether due to a copyright claim from Mattel or the creator's channel going defunct, so I decided to fix that. Feel free to use in your videos.

So basically, Ol' Darby over here was begging king Brian the leprechaun a literal *Death Wish* just for his 3rd & final one of a wish.
I always wondered if king Brian left to or if casting Darby out of the coach meant he took Darby s olace

My Reaction that Lakia Studios Not Released a Movie in 2011
Such a wonderful scene from a wonderful movie.
My God. This sequence sent chills down my spine and back up again when I first saw it at the age of seven. I'm 71 now and it just did it again! I'll tell you something, Disney Studios in its heyday was a LOT better than people give it credit for! The effects in this sequence are masterpieces! No CGI in those days folks! Pure gut-level film making!
My God. I’m 72 and I completely understand.
I first played this game in 2000, it came in a box of Cap'n Crunch cereal. I was excited to play it because I was only 7 at the time and I had never played a computer game before
Did she call for or did she announce it?
I've not seen this, since a lad of 6 or 7. But, my opinion of the SFX then, has not changed. As a kid, I knew Disney, capable of doing better. Heck, I've seen other studios, do better. I wasn't frightened then and how it looks, was as I remember...even some 50 plus years, on. BUT, it was nice to see a young Sean Connery.
This Banshee needs to get put in the Fenton Thermos

Respect to a man who's first instinct upon seeing a ghastly apparition is to try and beat it with a gardening tool.
Fun fact : The Owl and The Mice are voiced by Hugh Laurie aka Dr. House.
A very young Sean Connery, shaken but not stirred
I was 6 when this came on TV and I couldn’t watch the banshee parts, way too scary. It took several more years before I could watch the whole thing. Way too intense. Just think what Disney studios could do with Lord of the Rings.
Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House!
@@QuarrellaDeVil Correct! They did use a lot of the same sound effects from that album for the Banshee's keening.
I saw this classic when it came to the cinema, I would have been 6 years old & this frightened the heck out of me . Plus when the death coach come out of the sky . Woo , now at 71 years old and watch it on D.V.D. Still waiting for King Brian to grant me a wish for my youth back 😊 ❤
The banshee was banished by a tiny firefly lantern which exploded like a small nuke.
Interesting thing is, in the original stories Darby's encounter with the banshee happened quite differently. She actually wasn't trying to be scary; someone (actually Darby's neighbour, although he didn't know that at the time) had stolen her Golden Comb & she wanted it back.
The movie that guaranted Connery the Bond role
If you are of an age to have seen this movie when it came out, the scene is often mentioned as the scariest thing you saw as a kid.
This scene made me choke up. I grew to really like Darby, and he was going to sacrifice himself to save his daughter. It was really sad.
I was watching Darby O’Gill preview on television. I looked away from the TV screen for a second. When I looked back at the screen, I was staring in the face of the banshee like Darby. I almost screamed.
Disney sure knew how to scare kids, in a beneficial way of course.
Saw this in a theater, so long ago. I knew little of my Irish ancestors' real beliefs then, no expert now. But it still seemed to me the story played it pretty fair here. I found out much later, my grandmother Nora loved this tree on their property, which she called the Cruachan Rua--a fairy fort. There's so many of them. Places some believe are gateways between our world and the one beyond. You never cut down a tree like that. If you plow the land, you plow around it. Maybe it's a bit too precious and cute here, but I like that after being Darby's enemy, trying to spirit him away to his realm, King Brian gets him out of the trouble he was in, sends him back to his family. Mostly they play tricks on you, but now and then--a treat. They stand between the darkness and the light. And yeah, I'd like to believe it. But they don't dress like that. Ah well, no point being literal about things, talking about the Otherworld.
Sean Connery as a very young man.
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
I heard Disney is doing a remake starring Morgan Freeman and Lucy Lui.
As I child, I felt evil in this film.
This really scared the $h!t out of me as a kid. Seriously on par with The Exorcist.
I saw this movie when I was 8, a long time ago, and the Banshee plus the coach have never left my mind. I was really terrified.
*Terrifying!* The Death Coach (or "cóiste bodhar" in Irish) is the harbinger of death. Folklore tells that even _hearing_ the coach is an omen of immanent death! Thanks for posting!
@@Aramanth My pleasure!
This scene scared the shit out of me as a kid. Lol 😂
Love the competition between the two of them. First darby captures the king and makes 3 wishes only for the king to trick him into making 4 and undoing all the wishes. Then the king tricks darby into the land of the little people in order to trap him. Only for darby to trick the king into going on a hunt by playing a fox trot song, allowing darby to escape. Then darby knew the king would return to him in order to bring him back and darby tricked him again through song and drink to stay until dawn. Getting 3 more wishes from the king. Who in turn was bound to darby by the first wish to answer his beck and call in order to make his other 2 wishes when needed for 2 weeks. Then the king tricked him on the second wish by allowing sean connerys character to see him, but as a rabbit. Finally ending in darby wishing for the carriage to take him instead and the king getting the end of the trickery by convincing darby to make a 4th wishes undoing all of them. At the end of the movie the king had the last laugh and spared his friend from death. Great little movie 😅
I saw this when I was 10...55years later?.. still shocked!!
Still not as scary as The Dullahan
Eamon Holmes said check this out, 2024
The way the Death Coach drifts by, how ornate yet ominous it looks, and how the horses are covered in dark shrouds reminds me of the horse carriage scene from Nosferatu.
I've never seen this movie before but I would like to.
This scene, viewed when I was 4, began a near life long anxiety about death. Thanks Walt!

Darby reminds me so much of queen serenity in the sense that he gave his life to save his child.
Also reminds me of Jor-El.
Darby O'Gill gets my nomination for best cinema dad ever. First he attacks a banshee then, without a second thought, he sacrifices himself to save his child (as all real dads would).
Still gives me goosebumps
i wish someone could upload the full version of this. .-.
Same. For now though it looks like this is the best we've got.
