Slow down on growth and focus on the basics. Basic communication and accountability. I’ve dropped a decent amount of money with Peaden this year and I don’t think I’d recommend to folks. Your PCB location ran my card prior to job completion. I call that theft 🤦‍♂️

They came out to do a repair on a 4 year old unit. Told me I needed a whole new system. They didnt even check for leaks. I told them no but asked what was needed to repair for now. They said outside unit for $5200. They ended up coming down to $3500. Less then 1 year later the exact same symptoms occured. I called for service and they sent a tech without a leak tester but he told me freon was low and could charge for $480 until I made another appt with a leak tester guy for another $89. I suspect the system had a small leak before but they wanted to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need in the first place instead of fixing a leak. Beware this company. Dont be a fool like I was.
