You can configure Form Director on desktop/ laptop on Google Forms. Once configured, submitting response from any device including mobile on the Google Forms will get processed via Form Director in the background.

Great question, if you have configured Form Director to make a copy of the uploaded file into the drive, you will see a duplicate file. You can also configure Google Drive to move the file (instead of copy) if you want to avoid two files. Please check the configurations in Form Director for Google Drive app.

Form Director does not automatically adjust your Google Form when a slot is taken. (This, we are planning in the future). However there is a configuration in Form Director to "Avoid overlapping of events". You can read more about this at formdirector.jivrus.com/apps/google-workspace/google-calendar#h.p_pKlhICb1R146

You can share that another folder using Google Drive with the account on which you are using Form Director. It the folder has write access, then Form Director can create folder and attach files into that shared folder.

You need to ensure that your email account (from which you are using Form Director) has edit access to the calendar where you want to create events. Please check the same and enable edit access. After that it will work fine.

Hi Joory, Could you please check if you have logged into multiple Google Accounts from the same browser? If so, please signout and signin into only one Google Account or use incognito window. The installation is managed by Google Workspace marketplace and it might have issues if there are more than one Google account signed in.
