very true, but this was the biggest one that fits that case well. There are definitely other videos showing a corsair upgrade to 550+ but you have to modify the case... but totally agree go big!

Ours did the same thing and it was 100% the amount of air not flowing in, once we restored it, it worked like a charm! Just keep in mind, we didn't use a polyurethane for cloth, which i think may work better, i may try that this year to see if that works better because after about 2 years, the poly cracks and looks horrible during the day but you can't really tell at night and still works great. I did this inflated, but definitely try to find a polyurethane that dries evenly, after a while on our spider it looks all cracked, will need another coat for sure but worked really well

@@BatBrisco thank you I did it yesterday and it works really well. He is inflated to his full capacity. I replaced the fan it thinking that was it but apparently it wasn’t. Thank you for doing the video. It really helped me out.

probably, as long as the dimensions are the same, Dell is notorious for changing sizes on you with each "upgraded" model

@@UnknownRevenant It's been awesome, performs flawlessly and YES i upgraded the GPU not the CPU yet, i have to see what i can max this out at still, currently at a Intel i7-8700 @3.2Ghz and 48 GB ram = GPU upgraded to a Nvidia GTX 1060, which is really why i upgraded the PSU

So i was in the SAME exact boat, basically wanted to upgrade the GPU in this thing. Thus, the video. You 100% have to upgrade the PSU to support a better GPU. I bought the 360W version from the video: L360EGM-00 360W VM8KR. The thing to keep in mind, is make sure it has the right amount of pins, there are a bunch on ebay that are mismarked and I had to figure that out. In fact, this guy still has them: www.ebay.com/itm/295589658193 . Once you do that, and i know you can somehow upgrade this PSU to even bigger wattage, but didn't try because they are all hacks, you can upgrade the GPU to any card that takes about 200W of power. I got the NVIDIA 1060, looks just like this one: ebay.to/3TpQjgv , the key is make sure it only has 1 set of the 6 pin connector, there are some that have 2 sets which take more power. Long story short, for about $150 or less, you should be able to upgrade the PSU and the GPU no sweat. I can play Diablo IV on this card and pretty much anything else i have thrown at it, not a huge gamer but this works great for me and i'm sure Fortnite would be all good. Let me know how it goes!

Glad you liked it! I pretty much went down a rabbit hole researching PSU's for this series. Anything less than a 7080 or 5080 can't use the 500W that Dell made so your stuck with the 380W as the max. That being said, I saw a bunch of videos and people showing you can use a Corsair PSU and externally mount it, but never tried it. I wanted to run Diablo IV and my NVidia 1060 was perfect for the 380W PSU. In all honesty, these machines, even though they're nice and compact, didn't have gaming or graphics in mind. @@BatBrisco Do you know if this will be waterproof? By that I mean, will rain water remove the seal? I tried this on an old inflatable Halloween tree from K-mart and the results are absolutely amazing but I'm afraid since the paint type is indoor, that it won't hold it's seal outdoor.

It definitely depends on the type you get, look for waterproof specific polyurethane, or even ask your hardware store guy which one is best for fabric but still waterproof. The stuff we used in the video has been wet and is still holding from sprinklers but I could see us having to put another coat on in the next few years.

@@BatBrisco I used the exact same type and brand as the picture in the video except I got gloss. I understand that I may need to add another coat in a few years, my concern is that the rain won't wash away the polyurethane coat.

@@gemmyfanyef-200 well I definitely wouldn’t leave it out in the rain too much. Ours usually pulled in at night to avoid getting wet from our sprinklers during the Halloween season. I guess to answer your question though, the paint will eventually degrade over time being exposed to heavy water but you can paint it again when it gets weak.
