OK when I fry fish like saba, I put a paper towel or piece of newspaper or something on top to catch the splashing oil. Using paper of some kind, it fries OK and stays dry but you catch a lot of the oil.

I think you can eat the liver, anyway, if you don't want to eat all da gutz

When I was in college I used to get split dried akule from Foodland's and man, that bugga was good. Even worked for Foodland for a short while.
