Print out all emails to put in files on paper with your lease so down the line you have everything on paper for yourself and evidence if she tries to take you to court or anything.
whatever you do don't give her a copy by paper but by picture. Everything electronic by photo is good enough she can print it out if she needs to. She avoiding trying to pay your deposit if you are to get it back. I went through that with a landlord twice.

Analyzing your channel, I found that your channel and video are not doing any kind of SEO. "Without SEO, the channel never grows. So first of all, 90_99% of your channel and video should be SEO.100% guarantee that your channel will start growing after doing SEO.

Bless your heart and I am praying for you. I have the same problem and had to retire early due to my back pain. The pain in my left leg gets so intense. It definitely nerve damage. Going up and down the stairs doesn't help. Get the Salonpas pain patches with 4% lidocaine and it's also in a roll on.
Stop going to the gym, and get a premises liability lawyer, you got injured on someone else's property.U have a huge lawsuit and don't know it, and have 2 years to file, sciatica pain is what I have, get a lawyer asap.@All about G.U not the only one, alot of people are getting hurt on other people property.
