The purpose of the SHSAA is to foster educational opportunities for all students through interschool sport. Founded in 1948, SHSAA is an association of 14 districts geographically spread across the province. The SHSAA is comprised of student-athletes, teachers, principals, and sport administrators all committed to the philosophy of education through school sport.
