Many, many of your past videos don’t always show on what your channel niche is about. Teach in your niche to help students. Be specific about the topic you teach. It took me 75 videos and 18 months to get monetized. It’s not all a get rich quick once you are. Maybe post 2-3 times a week, but every day is going to eat you up bad. If I was a student and needed information about a specific subject, and I can’t find it here, and see videos on how you eat in your car or studying…..I’ll go find another channel instead. Teach, teach, teach…..people want to learn. Thumbnails and Titles👍

I feel like posting shorts is a great way to reel ppl in .. ive gain 85 subscribers and counting this week.. but you will find your ppl.. utilize hashtags as long as it’s informative or motivational ppl will love it.. and if youre in radiology think about how you can lead someone to start in radiology n what helps you through school too if not doing it, thatll get my attention! Or even general radiology information its not my niche but its interesting to know cus you may deal with it later. Keep going youre doing great ❤️❤️ and cooking and hair is great niches i feel you just have to be consistent in all of them topics if you attract more ppl they gonna want to see more of those videos. With a topic like radiology you just have to follow a vision of providing information and understanding there's a chance there's not that many people looking for that at the time. Don't do it for money, do it to create a library of information. If you want to get monetized there's no limit of channels you can have. You can create another channel with one of the niches that is top 10 top 20 popular so that you can grow faster with a strategy. Your videos are helping somebody out there so don't feel that way about them

These comments are all great tips, just keep in mind that not a lot of ppl are interested in radiology BUT I'm not interested in learning how to pick a lock but there's this guy who makes his shorts SUPER intense, starting off with reviews and videos of "unbreakable locks" with dramatic music in the background. Then it cuts to him picking it in less than 10 seconds 😂 Drama and comedy keep me watching. This is a skill I'll never need for a very small group of ppl who are actually interested and I've been subbed to him for years. With incredibly niche topics, you have to do the topic PLUS Radiology PLUS comedy Radiology PLUS makeup Radiology PLUS wine Whatever feels comfortable for YOU. Subbing because I'm super interested where this goes

Another tip. If you have long videos…you can REMIX them into TH-cam shorts. There will be a section where you can link a REKATED VIDEO and you should link your long video there…so that when people watch the short and want to see more they can click there and watch the full video. Also adding CHAPTERS to your long videos helps them rank in search….BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO TITLE VIDEOS BASED ON WHAT PEOPLE ARE SEARCHING FIR IN YOUR NICHE. Don't let this get you down. 90% of yourubers quit and that's why they never go viral… when what they should do is do more research for KNOWN SUCESSFUL NAMES LIKE ROBERTO BLAKE AND SEAN CANNELL AND MODERN MILLIE (ADRIAN MILLIE) Adrian is one of the best on TH-cam

You’re at 60k total video views on your page. Most of the people that I see blow up are around 250k or more. Just keep in mind you wanna go as hard as you can within a 365 year span. If you burn out and give up you're just making it difficult for yourself again when you decide to start at it again…So if you need to go hard for a 365 days straight and you will see results. Post everyday and numerous times per day and it will happen. Get your total page views up to 250k or 500k and you might even go viral before that! I'm at about 215k views and Im not monetized...but now I know why…because I've been posting here and there...Im not sticking to go hard constantly for a year. Like I say if we want TH-cam to pay us we gotta treat it like a job. We do our best at work hoping for that promotion. We don't show up for work once every blue moon like wheres my check. I know a girl who was blessed to get monetized...then she got monetized and just stopped posting. Its crazy! Why do all the hardest work of getting to the top of the mountain….then get to the top and now getting paid and you stop posting…so youtube kicked her out of the program. Then God blessed her to get back in and she still was like…my goal is to make $100 on TH-cam 😒 like wtf…You can make $100 going to your regular job

Check all your 🔔 notifications and make sure your page is visible. Take a day and look at other channels, collect ideas, DONT COMPARE YOUR CHANNEL TO OTHERS. You got this.

TH-cam wants you to put out more videos. You're not putting out too many videos. Try to hit 1,000 videos within a 365 period and I bet you'll get monetized

The reason they are getting views and you are not is because its a saturated market. You're competing against that video with the same title. You have to do it better than them if you want to compete.

Do some funny skits where you have switched calling into the Radiology asking questions. Educate the people watching but also teach them real facts

I said the same thing, I post something and get little views, someone else do the same post and gets the 1000+ views and subscribers. I easily and quickly realized PEOPLE LIKE WHO THEY LIKE. I would say dont think so hard about it. I get that you want to generate income, but start having fun with it. Relax mentally. I re-vamp my page. I crochet so this was my crochet page. PLEASE DONT STRESS over TH-cam. your fan base will build in time. Subscribe to other channels as well. MAIN THING IS TO HAVE FUN WITH IT and not depend on youtube to be your main income until it is your main income. I hope this made a lil sense towards what your goal is. Theres no such thing as an algorithm like people think…the “algorithm” is nothing but what people search for and click on when they browse. Let me say it again…the TH-cam ALGORITHM is nothing but the people and what they search for and click on. If other videos look more interesting people are going to click on that. Youre in competition with other videos on youtube… that's the only thing stopping your videos from being watched. If they watch your video and you have no energy and they watch another video and it has face lighting and the people are entergetic and making them laugh… they're going to choose that over your video. TH-cam is a Marathon not a Sprint like other platforms. Come to work everyday on TH-cam just like a job and it will reward you like a job. Do you think you can invest in a $15 ring light from Amazon or Walmart? Turn off that overhead light if you want to stand out and look more appealing. Sean Cannell can teach you about TH-cam marketing and titles and thumbnails and Parker Walbeck who I learned film fromcan teach you about lighting. But long a quick fix is turn off the overhead light and put a ring light in the face of your subject. People are going to look where the light is. If your face is not lit but the background is people will see the video as boring. Hollywood lights their subject! YOU GOT THIS! But 90% of yourubers give up… that's why they never make it…You jane to learn as you go. Learn as you grow. Sean Cannell says look at you last 100 videos and compare them to someone successful in your Nuche… what are you doing wrong that they are doing right. Learn from that

People don't want to sit and learn ANYTHING…just like kids don't want to eat vegetables or learn ABC’s… You gotta give it to them in a way that they dont even know they're learning. Have you seen Veggie Tales? Hooked on Phonix…these toddler tablets they give kids to learn…my point is no one cares to eat vegetables… when they can just get a soda…You gotta present the vegetables just like the soda presents itself. Study what people want and figure out a way to tie that into your content or get creative like the people that they get their content from.
