Ngl I been thinking about this decklist. Issue is, secret village is a brick on its own because it does absolutely nothing in giving you card advantage or anything. You basically have to pray you dont draw into secret village, because you're probably under the assumption that you have to play through handtraps, so if they negate you, secret village just becomes a dead card in hand that does nothing. Even if you're able to go ONLY into ib, and play the field spell, I'm pretty sure top tier decks like snake eyes, yubel, etc. can play through it. I have absolutely horrible luck so I been drawing bad. I can see why benten to 1 is a good choice here. i personally play benten at 3, because I run vanity's ruler instead. Benten at 3 means I'm more inclined to draw into benten, and be able to recycle material that I would've otherwise lost from the cost of all drytron cards. I should just cut out delta to 1, and increased gamma to 2 because honestly, delta's draw 1 isnt as needed now, I cut out heralds of this deck. (Fell off, too bricky, and easily counterable) btw I like the rastaban add here, I feel like he's underrated sometimes. But 90% of people have reasonns as to not include this guy in the deck. Aside from niche circumstances, Rastaban does nothing in giving advantage. doesnt add, search, special summon, nothing. Like you said, aside from d shifter he really doesnt contribute. I guess he does help if lets say u used da draconids to negate the previous turn and now rastaban comes to return what you banished back. In that case that feels like a win more, because if you survived that turn with da draconids annd u have something to let rastaban tribute, you're probably already winning anyways. rastaban could defintely be a potential side deck option though, d shifter really fucks up drytrons, and I just lost to one a few days ago. Lost to flowerandeez because they d shift me. Great decklist overall, Im changing up my decklist a little off inspiration to this. Drytrons are my favorite, i love them.
