@@justthatchestnut841 I’m allowed to have my opinion and I do support the small races that are more for entertainment and not money as they have no “drugging” and most don’t use whips and actually like I said it depends on the owner and Most successful ones will be put for stud or be broodmares so they will get “better” foals and from small races basically none get sent to slaughter which is how I know over 5 people who have more than 170+ thoroughbreds that got duped into there paddock o actually have an OTTB as well who is only now just being brought back into work after an injury (did you know which any discipline TBs are more likely to injure themselves because they were bred for racing not long lives most will only live till 20-30k) thank you for your time

1000 - 2000 horses die on American race tracks alone every year, that's not counting the ones sent to slaughter, or the horses who died on other countries race tracks.

@@shade.equestrian no, not always. in this video they're just letting the horse gallop, there is a whip but they do not use it. sometimes the owners drug the horses and they're more likely to trip/fall, plus it's illegal and technically cheating in racing, so it's not always the whip but they only die because of the drugs or if they're too young.

No h8 to you what so ever but some horses will naturally run this speed, they were bred for it and the “drugging” depends on the owners and if it wasn’t all about the money now I would agree but it’s just people now only want fast horses to win the money it’s not just for entertainment

@@Jess._.Equine13 i know you’re trying to defend here, and I’m not after this rider- I know they were and I see this horse is enjoying it- but I just have something against it when it comes to the racing industry, they just compete and the owners mostly doesn’t care, they just want money. And when I said “at that speed” I meant for a 2 year old horse, you’re not even supposed to ride a 2 year old. Their bones aren’t ready for it, their muscles aren’t ready for it to even carry a rider. That’s what I have against it, the abuse to literally baby horses- and when the horses are drugged to run even faster. I can see this horse is enjoying it, but the race industry has become some sh!t show to me. I just wanna tell people about what I think and what I know. Correct me if I’m wrong on something, but racing is just not my thing and never will be.

No it’s the bad owners and how they drug them some owners are fine it’s the ones that are drugged that are mire likely to trip/fall

@@0ttertot I don’t support horse racing either but I see no abuse in this video and yes I know horse racing kills but I can’t hate on this person because there is no abuse as you can see but I do think it’s wrong to race horses

I can definitely agree with you on that but horses shouldn’t be running like this in general. I do respect that they are showing no signs of abuse or anything
