Have you tried these on large deep barked trees. My main concern is these do not have enough depth to go deep enough without making the foot portion short. Ive had traditional tree steps that wouldn't even go deep enough in deep barked trees to support my weight. I imagine these would be worse.

So the video camera has an aux port so u can plug a wireless microphone into it and wear it in ur collar of ur shirt or coat?

Most of my cameras I keep them setup where they only take pictures after 15 to 30 seconds of continuous movement do these have a setting similar to that?? Great video man it's going to make it easier for me once I get my cameras in!!

I own 4 acres. One acre is kinda off to the side and butts up to my neighbors which is all woods, I only own maybe 50’ of tree line before it hits what used to be open pasture. I’ve been baiting deer into the area all year and now their regularly walking through during early mornings and evenings. It’s only MAYBE 250yards from the house, but I’ve let everything grow in so the deer feel it’s safe. I guess my point being, it’s possible! Idk if your gonna get the biggest buck, but you can definitely put food on the table.

Hi there, this is the first video I’ve watched on this camera. I wonder if you were hitting the arrow key to go to the next screen each time you reset the time and you needed to hit enter. Not sure. I have had 2 different BushNells just not hold settings at all. I haven’t tried this camera but have lots of Browning cameras. Do you know what format the video files are for this camera. AVI or MP4? I don’t prefer cellular cameras bc I do not want to pay a monthly fee. The fees are smaller for just photos and I mainly use just video for animal observation. I just go and swap out SD cards once or twice a month on our property or every 3 mos at remote properties for my purposes but understand that some people love the cellular cams. Sometimes one of my deer feeder cameras will get near a 1000 or more video clips in a week so not gonna work for me. I really like the Browning Spec Ops Advantage HP5 camera for daytime video and the Recon Force Elite HP5 for nighttime videos. Every camera has its pluses and minuses that’s for sure. Nice review. I like the solar power. That freak breaking latch could be a number of factors. Only thing I noticed in the audio on it, it didn’t really pick up good sound with the doe and fawn like it did with the bucks 🤷‍♂️. Thanks for sharing it looking forward to the cell review

I'm seeing a lot of vines growth in the area. Have you tried a ground blind and maybe pull the vines and brush around the blind to hide it? Of course, then you'd need to have shooting lanes.

I love the size of the platform. I just wish the weight limit was more than 300 lbs that is the only reason I never got one for myself but still love the look of it it's just not for fluffy guys lol

The cell cams work very well, I got the Muddy mitigator and the CommandPro Fusion Max, the problem is that I run out of pictures after 3 weeks every cycles, but I do like to see the deer on my phone and the times they show up. Good review.

I really liked your review on the satellite camera. I agree with you. The way I look at it hunting is already too expensive to buy an app to watch the deer. It’s just much fun to go out there and check your pull your cards and see whats on them. And so you know My wife has to program all of our cameras. Thanks for the video and good info guy have you found any regulations for the spear specifications I been I hunting with primitive archery for awhile now I've been waiting for a spear season I want to make my own spear but I cant find anywhere for the length head size etc.

I got a 4570 henry, 357mag rossi, 45lc henry, and 450 bm ruger american. Straight walled is my new favorite season. Handguns, too. 9mm legal from a revolver. 45acp revolvers. Or single shot. Just not semi auto.
