Wake up to reality.Love i nothing but a chemical reaction in our brains urging us to reproduce.Love is nothing but a sign of the selfish nature of our genetic code speaking metaphorically.This chemical reaction is coded into our brains so that we reproduce with a partner and pass down our genetic code.The genetic code doesnt care about us, as long as it gets to be passed down and live it will just move throuth hosts improving itself and adapting.Why do we feel more attracted to good looking people?because these attractive traits are linked with strong genes, which our genetic code has recognized and coded to our brain to be attracted to only such type of people.But why so? So that our genetic code can find a stronger match, a stronger match means it will be more durable and will be able to live longer.To conclude the genetic code doesnt care about us it uses us and the chemical reaction of love and sometimes even lust as a means of surviving eternally whilst improving itself and adaptint to the environment as necessary for survival.
