Elvis hasn't left the building
Maybe Elvis should have left the building sooner.
In case you are not sure, it's Big Elvis and Little E (no not Dale Earnhardt Jr.)
Go: Your good Times magazine writers Chris Welch (that's him on his knees) and Jon Busdeker try their hands at a little Hunka Hunka Burnin' Love. Joining the Dynamic Duo is Matt Price, the marketing/public relations guy for the Huntsville Stars.
The real Elvis impersonators will be in Huntsville Saturday night. Scot Bruce will be at Merrimack Hall, while Little E will be performing at the Huntsville Stars game.
Have you curled up your lip and done your best Elvis impersonation - in front of the bathroom mirror?
If so, Thursday night is your big chance.
Go: Your good Times magazine and Humphrey's Bar & Grill are holding a contest to find the best Elvis impersonator/singer in Huntsville in conjunction with Saturday's 31st anniversary of The King's death.
From 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, we'll have our cameras on Humphrey's outdoor stage and film everybody who wants to get up there, sing and have some fun.
The best singer, by a vote of the audience, will get a free dinner from Humphrey's and tickets to either Bruce at Merrimack Hall or Little e at the Huntsville Stars game Saturday night.
Of course, everybody will leave a winner. We're going to put all the auditions up at blog.al.com/go. So come in and do your best Elvis Thursday night.

This makes me truly happy. I'm so proud and honored that my late Grandfather was able to attend this trip. He said a little girl came up to him when he came home to the Huntsville airport from the DC trip and thanked him for his service. It made his day. Honor Flight is amazing.

Elephants are just to powerfull to be trained with 'rewards and treats' . But that doesnt make it allright... Not at all. The use of elephants should stop.
