thankyou very much for this video. i have had the hardest time with self esteam and i needed to here the insight that i keep company with those who have the same low self esteam as i do. i think im a loser and i hang out with losers. i hate myself and i hang out with others again and again who feel and think the same as i do. thank you very much for this information. i spent most my life being a suicidal mess and have so many friends in my past that commited suicide. i have been climbing out of that for a while and life is better but i still have a bad time with how mean i am to myself. self respect is something thats new and i must keep with it and keep at doing everything i can to not go back into same old lazy ways. thanks i needed to hear all this. have a fu☆king awesome day, everyday everyone...
