Boundaries are a necessity against narc abuse. Boundaries are not walls per se, they are our responsibility. Without boundaries women allow anything that someone does who wishes them harm.

Thanks for sharing Jen. When you wake up and recognize all the crazymakings.. you see narcissists everywhere. It is an eye opener - and then you realize; this is what it has been like all the time, ever since waaaay back. The realization is just so overwhelming. The good thing is that you get aware and can start to choose healthy people to surround yourself with instead of the toxic ones.
there is absolutely nobody is exempt from this. I have been conned of thousand s and I am 54. learn from this and donot blame yourself. be proud of yourself for being brave to make this video.
