Thanks for sharing😊 Do you know of a good Silva technique for helping a family member with a health concern?
We do remote healing on the second half of the last day of the seminar. It's a huge part of the Silva Method. If you haven't taken the Silva Method, I'd recommend you visualizing your family member in complete, perfect health and send them lots of healing energy. There's also a website that you could post your family member's information and have Silva graduates send them healing energy. It's SilvaCases.com
My therapist explained these techniques 3 years ago and i of course didnt give any chance back then but now i am doing morning meditations and some focus exercises they make me feel relaxed and full of life energy❤ i just want to write here cos some time ago i did not believe in this kind of stuff but now i strongly believe that if i conquer my mind i can conquer the world, period. Btw your voice is so softy and relaxing that i was suddenly pulled to the video you are amazing and shining. Have peace and calmness on your life🙌
Ohh! I'm so happy you're meditating and doing the focus exercises! It really makes all of the difference in the world! I had someone in my last class who didn't believe and in the end his mind was blown! Now he practices with his wife to manifest more clients for her. 💞

Can one imagine a scene and use it to visualize?
Yes because you've already "seen" it. Visualization is when you imagine something that you are remembering.

This sounds super scripted and a bit like a sales pitch that was memorized. Sorry. Maybe it was memorized for comfort, but it just comes across as insincere.
Does sound a little forced, and the hand gestures doesn’t seem like it’s a natural thing for you.
