1951 Velocette MAC 350 - $10,500
SELLER SAYS: This stylish, classic motorcycle has been a cherished possession, but it must now be sold. For the last few decades, or so, it has been in storage. The single cylinder, 350cc motor runs well, and motorcycle, with its classic ‘fin-style’ exhaust pipe, only needs a little loving attention to restore its potential. It comes with some spare parts. “The old-fashioned petrol engine is art in its own right, and environmentally, it’s a good thing. I know it’s out of favour these days; everything is going electric. But these old bikes and old cars, apart from being just beautiful, were made in a time when things were made to last forever. And, with the right sort of maintenance, they can. The modern stuff doesn’t do that. Some of us like the ...

มุมมอง 6934 หลายเดือนก่อน
SELLER SAYS: This is a genuine, low-kilometre, unmolested, first-generation Morini 3-1/2 Sport. It was recently imported from the UK to Australia, although it was originally a domestically sold Italian bike. It is a joy to ride. 1981 Ducati 900SS
มุมมอง 4.4K8 หลายเดือนก่อน
SELLER SAYS: This 1981 model 900SS has just under 14,000km on it. It was gone completely through two years ago by Canadian Ducati specialist Paul Lacelle who rebuilt the forks, brakes, and carbs, and the top end. The bottom end is solid and from a GTS, so it’s numbers are not correct. The bike starts and rides beautifully and the Conti mufflers sound fabulous. It has less than 100km on it since...

Nice
1951? With the smooth map of Africa?
With modern bikes you can’t see the engine or hear it.
Wonderful 👍💥
Hello! I came across this video by googling triumph t110.. i know yours has sold, but i was wondering if you might have any pictures of the headlight, speedometer and gas tank that you could share with me? Im in the USA, and everyone i have shared photos with of mine says it’s been heavily modified. I see yours looks close to what i have and would love a closer look. Thanks much!
I just read about this event in The Capel Courier. Will be there with bells on to experience these beautiful machines in person next year!
Quelle beauté par rapport à celles d'aujourd'hui

They are awesome but the price is R-I-D- ridiculous! .., if someone actually paid this much …. Hope you love it like a child
I had a used red '69-'70 750 S.. high pipes were long gone. I replaced the LOUD Sportster shortie mufflers with Bub splayed-out replicas. Had a fiberglass tank, side covers, and (sob) SEAT PAN. I am a large person and I came back from any number of rides with it cracked. Finally epoxied an aluminum plate to the bottom of the seat. Dumped those SH!T Amals for a single Mikuni, never looked back. Kept waiting for it to appreciate in value, sold it in the mid-1980s to an R Pascoe from Bisbee Arizona. For $900.
I remember coming in 2nd behind this little jap kid several times and then finally getting him , I rode right behind his ass and got him in the last turn. We was really mad after the race.
Class
Followed that up with a cool little brand new tm 100. I did very well on it several good trophy's. Some first place in 100 novice. They also had a100 beginner. It was real slow
I think I seen a Suzuki 90 I had one time. With the chrome up pipe
3CL ? Not the first front drum model? Just curious.... 😎
Contis + Bevel hard to beat!!
Was it for sale ???
Bloody awesome and as rare as..
Now, that is what a motorcycle should sound like. Just a Beautiful Ducati. The real deal, kickstarter and all. The days of character and class in bikes, Awesome.
Was there 2023. A terrific array of bikes on show and out in the bike parking area.
Que chimba de moto
That is absolutely beautiful!!!
Italian magic, the sound of that engine is music to the ears...
"Promosm" ✌️
Máquina preciosa.
Gnarly dude
Muy bonita
with the alloy head what exhaust was used
Brother had one of these prior to getting the 850. In New Zealand Harleys were rare. The Norton was sought after.
I had the 69 "S" red also with the cool upswept pipes on one side, but the f.forks were twisted like a pretzle from the previous owners leg breaking accident. < also had the 810 cc dunstall barrels on it > Also purchased with the package deal a 67 kaw. 650 w-2 SS Comander, which was undamaged. ( both vertical twin 2 cyl.) { both for $ 450.oo } He was still in his cast and saw the light so to speak. I sold the norton as i bought it for $ 500.oo, never fixing the forks, i allready owned a 68 w-1 Kaw. 650 ss comander with 1 carb but a BIGGER 4O mm mikuni carb with an adjustable main jet < t screw at bottom of one side of the float bowl. Origional single carb 32 mm. Also the w-1 had a 1 tooth counter-shaft sproket on it for better cruising on the open road and higher top speed. redline STARTED at 7,500 rpm. oversquare <74×72 bore+ stroke. > motor was a quick hi reving solid motor, much easier to work on compared to the DEEP headbolts on the norton < weird english whitworth tools required for the norton also. Knew a mechanic at a big dealer that sold nortons, and hated them. Allways blowing up, throwing rods thru the cases, being a LONG stroked motor <73×89 mm bore+stroke, especially the 750 higher tuned " combat " verson. Still redline was pretty low 6,500 ? and riders reving the motor higher would " blow up " the motor!😩😖👎 But you could miss a shift on the kaw 650 8-9000 rpm--- no problem. " 4 down shifting pattern, R- side separate gear box, a copy < but much improved verson of b.s.a's 650 A-10 AFTER b.s.a. went to the unit " power egg " in 63. Kaw. bought the rights to the A-1 650 and improved it. Went 124 mph flat out on the w-1 setting the adjustable main jet < L- side of course > as i rolled down that flat open country freeway. ( i don't do that stuff any more, 4 wheels only now, but I'll never forget the fun of it all. Riding since 13 < yamaha 80 cc with gyt kit, raced 250 bul+ 360 bul el bandito with 40 mm pumper carb. + manifold modification on it, could even out power 490's on the flat tracks and T.T. dirt tracks mid 70's around SO. CAL. Owned 62 motor-cycles in the past both dirt + mostly street. Now i dont have any 👎😩 Older+wiser ya might say✌👌👏👍☠❗
My first Norton was a '69 red Commando 'S' back in 1970... Joy unspeakable ripping through the foothills near Boulder CO, fresh out of the service...
Great memories. 😊👍

Nothing sounds better then a vintage classic Ducati and a moto guzzi 👍💪👍
NIce!
sweet
How beautiful!
Open the door buddy 😂
Obviously I find this a gorgeous bike. I just wonder about that alloy head. I have no issue with a Super Rocket or RGS head on an Ariel but the Cyclone left the factory with an iron head. Just sayin'. HTS mudguards on a Huntmaster do not a Cyclone make! The engine number will tell the whole story....
Yeah you ain’t getting more than 500 to a thousand for that
Prⓞм𝕠𝕤𝐌 😅
I own a genuine matching numbers Cyclone myself. Still a project. Your bike looks fantastic👍.
Are you interested in selling it? It’s my dream bike lol
