I have had a bad run of luck lately and given up for a while. These bookies' payouts on bonuses seem to be getting lower and lower. Greed by the bookies. While I understand it's the nature of gambling, I feel the online casinos (gave them up about 5 years ago) and bookies are just not giving anything back like they used to and it's take, take, take.

Proud of you G Man for wanting to quit. You lost £800 that session i lost £710 around the same time. Its not worth the feelings you get. I finally decided to seek support. Within a few days ive been set up with one to one support via the RCA Trust. The woman was really nice and im looking forward to battling back against the urges.
