Thanks for another awesome video. I think creative and artistic souls sometimes process things differently, feel things differently. Especially if you are an empath at all. Being around a lot of people means you pick up on that energy, so you need some alone time or time with a partner you trust to decompress all of that. Plus creative or sensitive people can tend to overthink, on top of being emotionally overwhelmed, which makes it difficult to "just be" in the moment. Sometimes you just need to be with one person where you can totally be yourself and they just get you. I understand. Also deep breath work helps my nerves in some situations but kinda hard to do that in public hahaha. I guess in public I can slowly breathe through my nose so it is less obvious but yeah. Thanks for being genuine and vulnerable and sharing that. Because I know people can relate to this, artistic souls or not.

Oh you look gorgeous! 🤩 It's horrible that you got stranded in there for so long over time but you're definitely right that you could hardly pick a better place to get stranded in 😉Also I feel you regarding the all-inclusive menu. I have celiac on top of ASD so it can make food really hard. But I must say that the food looked appetizing nevertheless 😁

I think these situations are what you make of them (and the ADHD kinda loved the drama of it all 😅). But if you’re going to be stranded anywhere, paradise is the place to be. Just wish we weren’t in the airport as long haha. And oh gosh that must be SO difficult. I used to work in hospitality so had a lot of training around Celiac and it must be so stressful avoiding any potential food dangers. The food was wonderfully presented and to be fair, tasted completely grand. So much choice! I’m just a textures fiend so I can find it tough 🙃

@@demiaspeywriter the biggest struggles in life that I have, and still am overcoming, is that I am a hard worker, dedicated to doing the best I can at everything I do. So when I'm not at accomplishing like I want, it can be a huge disappointment. I have and still do struggle to hold onto personal relationships because of my utilitarian attitude. For instance when I date, I look for a woman that is smart, my downfall is that I also look for one that wants to enjoy my hobbies also, if building airplanes to sell. I know it's wrong, and I struggle with it with every woman I meet. Maybe I have too high of standards that's why I'm single. I have learned that people who have multiple gifts have to know what SEASON they are in. Just like "The GIVERS" gift, have to have someone around them to balance them out, orherwise they will give EVERYTHING away, even what they need. The multiple gifted people have to understand where they are and which gift is useful in their lives right now. It is easy for them to unfortunately be dealing with burn-out and overload, because they usually have too many balls up in the air at the same time. These people are used to burning the candle at both ends, while telling EVERYONE they are exhausted. Balance is the key. What is the point of being overwhelmed, when you using gifts and talents given by God that you don't even enjoy the journey. So, for those dealing with trauma or PSTD, I would say, if you have to use your hands with something, find what skills you are good at to do, while you heal. Or, if possible, NOTHING is better than relaxing, if you can, and watch a movie, etc until you are better. I am in RETIREMENT with hobbies and projects. I am blessed to have been give several gifts, but some are worked on more than others. If you can afford to take a break from chaos, do it. Life is not about chasing the blue ribbon, but riding the horse and enjoying the victory. If you are not well, physically, mentally, emotionally, etc., not sleeping, no appetite, consider talking to your doctor. On an airplane, you put on the oxygen breathing mask that drops from the ceiling first, before you put it on your little one. Why? You need to be fully alert and functioning to help those around you. Is it selfish to be concerned about yourself if you are not 100%. No. There may be family members concerned about your wellbeing. Sometimes, we have to stop everything to ensure we are well and totally out of STUPID. PRAY and ask God what you should be focused on. He knows what He put inside of you (gifts/takents) and what season you are in. PEACE

Age is not problem if you are looking to learn to play the guitar, chase degrees, learn astrology etc, but age is a problem if you are looking to be a mother or have a husband. Men value youth, beauty, fertility and purity. Men do not care about your education, your degrees, your money, your number of likes on youtube, your experience and whatever status symbol you think is important. If you are looking to get married and have children you need realize that there is a wall, an expiration date. That wall in the west is around 30, in China it is 27. Passing the wall does not mean you cannot date men or have casual sex with men. The wall means you are now at an age where serious men looking for long term commitment do not see you as viable as a wife, a mother, a ride or die. He sees you as a plaything only, someone who is ran through, damaged, unable to bond, a gold digger.

Tying in to your original theme, should you write stuff that you are pretty sure few will read? The positive is that you can write what you want, the way you want, as offensive and unpopular as you want, because the only one you need to please is yourself. Burnout is real for sure. And in our fast paced society, it happens more than it should. Stress, societal expectations of others that are put on us, misplaced expectations that we put on ourselves, just doing way too much without giving ourselves time to rest. Among other things. There's a lot that contributes to this. It is good to be aware of it, and then take steps to prevent it, or take steps to recover from it.

Awesome video! Great advice. I really like the 5 minute rule. You can apply that to so many things in life. Anything that might require work or effort really. Quite often it is the mind makes us think something is going to be worse than it actually is. 5 minutes sounds like a great amount of time where your mind will either get over the hesitation, or you will know maybe it isn't the right time for this. Either way at least you have an answer
