Kara Wilkes a beautiful dancer and a great teacher ❣
Yes
Love this. Gravity is the partner who’ll never leave you.
Yes, absolute beauty ! Such core expression of the depths of vulnerability, expression of true essence and the magnificent journey of life unfolding. Bravo to Kara, to the brilliance that Alonzo curates as he guides, presses, trusts and reveals through the raw spirit of dance and to the collective beauty of Lines. Tremendous gratitude. dance
Does Alonzo King LINES Ballet have the same ranking like classical ballet companies? Like do you have principal dancers, soloists, corps?
No. While there are featured dancers LINES is an ensemble as every dancer dances in most pieces. This is a good thing as there isn't the infighting concerning whether someone did or didn't receive a particular part as found in classical ballet companies.
“Give into the process” ❤
Does anyone know the artist/name of the fast-paced music beginning at 1:03?
Captivating
Such gorgeous dancers
Yes....they are finally coming to a city near me at a time I can see them. I'm so excited.
I appreciate this video.

ΣΕ ΑΓΑΠΩ= SE AGAPO= I LOVE YOU.... GREECE
I love how the third lady intercepted what seemed like bickering by the first two ladies and how they (the first two) stopped to watch her, almost like saying: who is this person giving unsolicited advice? Begone! And in real circumstances, the first two might even unite against the common enemy. Hahaha. It's beautiful how dance mirrors reality.
Maravilloso, gracias
a beautiful project! it was an amazing experience to witness the interaction of the dancers and musicians both on stage and off stage. i had the honor of being their driver during the production. one love
Truely inspiring
beautiful!
