CARBON CUB - Test flights #3
มุมมอง 155ปีที่แล้ว
This video was made during test flights #3 and #4 of the recently built Carbon Cub EX2 ICARY. During these initial flights, the engine breaking-in was not completed, so slow flying and large power variations were to be avoided. The tests focused on instrument calibration, measurement of landing and takeoff distances under normal conditions, and testing of the GPS, the VHF, and the XPDR. A calm ...

One of my fav planes from WW2!
Do they make modern day versions of this?
You don’t need music, The music of those engines are music to those who flew these machines!
Beautifull bird!
Nice plane! Amazing ship! ❤❤
👍👍👍 👏
Génial Yves !
Terrible music. Why?
Such a great airplane. Too bad they're rare and tough to maintain, and it takes about 15k USD to fill the huge fuel tanks for max-range (which is really far, given the mission they were designed for).
thanks for the shit music instead of just the sound of the plane. You figure anyone watches this thinking 'I hope there's gay jazzfusion instead of airplane sounds'? Nice job retards.
Great but why the music???
Whats the name of the song at 3:11??
didnt need any music . the engines are the music.
Absolutely stellar! A legendary plane. Thank you for a well-filmed, well-edited video.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Félicitation Yves Loïc D.
Vendez-vous cet avion ? Combien ça coûte?
Il n'est plus en France, il est reparti aux USA.
@@yvescartilier6478 Can you give me the contact details of the owner of the plane?

MY FAVORITE PLANE!
COOL MUSIC! WHAT SONG?
Great aircraft, so let's hear the engines and the pilots' comm talk, not rubbish music.
Wish you would can the music so we could hear the engine sounds.
Great video but I would much rather hear the airplane than the music, if that is a Canso they built a lot of those in my town of Vancouver B.C.
A PBY Catalina picked up 56 survivors of the sinking of the USS Indianapolis. How did they fir 56 men onboard? They tied many of them on top of the wings with parachute cord so they would not fall off. True fact!
a good video except for that stupid obnoxious music!
WW2 - My Dad flew in the PBY, he was a Radioman & Gunner. He flew in the “Blister” doing Costal Patrols for ships and submarines. He was first in a Dauntless Dive Bomber, but during a training exercise while making a practice bomb run, the plane lost power and they had to make an emergency landing. When the plane came onto the emergency field upon landing on the runway, it split into two sections. Both he and the pilot were injured. While recovering in the hospital, some Officers came around to see him and asked if he’d fly again. He said: if you can put me in something that has more than one engine. That’s how he supposedly ended up in PBYs.
Started watching, but if you can’t narrate what’s going on I don’t really care about it… I’m gone…
Why the music. Wanna hear the engines
Avião fantástico parabéns pelo vôo belo de mais
Thank you for great and beautiful Video. I was so impressed that I made play list " PBY Catalina" 4 levers in the cockpit - Red two long levers and Yellow short two levers. Red and Yellow were not the same position at the starting engine. Yellow were front and Red were back. when you were taking off, you moved only Red long two levers from back to forward carefully and slowly. after taking off, Yellow short two ones little back. then All four levers almost the same position. Why you used only two Red levers for take off ? What the difference of Red and Yellow levers ?
Red - throttle Yellow - propeller pitch
¡Come onnnnnn!, good music, good video, beautiful plane.
Merci infiniment pour ce partage, j'ai adoré !
Lovely video 6 out ten . Loose the music 12 out of ten
Loose the stupid music let’s hear the roar of the PW wasp engines
Captures the feeling of flight very well! ( Oscar Kilo ;-) )
My dream
The most beautiful thing I've seen in a long time !
another great video filled with crappy music when you want to hear what is going on
LOVERLY AIRPLANE!!!
Prerequisites for posting to TH-cam. Know how to make the sound async with the action. Have really bad taste in music and not know what volume to play it.
well pby and no water , can tell your not navy men
It would be great if we could hear the pilots instead of the music
No smoke starting.
The music is a pain !! Let's hear the P&W's !!
I would have preferred to hear the talk between the pilots and aircraft sounds more and the music a lot less.
crappy, funky music.
I'd rather have a PBY type rating than a DC-3 any day
Lose the music
Прекрасная машина! Счастливые люди!👍👍👍
