2nd review. Went again on 04 Aug 24. The hygiene is Pathetic. Feel free to invite diseases of the highest kind. The so called Kachoris are just bland and have No taste at all. The so called filling is nearly absent, just nothing is there. I fail to understand the hype behind it. Everything is in the open with flies, dirty greasy drains with dirty water stangnant, everyone sweating like pigs and no precautions being taken wrt food handling. It is a celebration of poor disgusting hygiene & likely diseases waiting to happen. Jalebis are good. But not worth 10 Rs. The area stinks and one will feel pukish just standing there while waiting in the line. Also pls be careful while u are standing & eating there. The birds (pigeons) siting on the top of the neighboring shops randomly poop and invariably it falls on ur food. DISEASE ALERT !!! Pls go there at your own risk. I have nothing against a hard working man trying to make a living. However playing with citizens lives is incorrect. Citizens are equally at fault to be patronising him. I am sure No one goes there a 2nd time. Request all food bloggers to not spread false euphoria by promoting this shop. Terribly unhygienic settings. The shop owner takes a lot of pride in telling that he has not renovated/painted the shop since inception 70 odd yrs back. That itself is the biggest certificate of poor hygiene. He himself says son uses a 1.5 lacs worth iPhone which he can afford, but no he has money to make the shop and the surrounding area hygienic for his customers. He is not only arrogant but also foul tempered and hurls the most derrogatory abuses, even while ladies are standing there. Stay safe dear all. If you have any self respect & want to live a long life, avoid at all cost...
