THIS PAINTING IS SO GOOD OMFG- I'll be completely honest but when I randomly came across your channel and saw the way you used your colors I was like- DROOLING IN A WAY LMAO- But the way you use purple and just cool colors in general is so beautiful. I've started doing it too myself. I've always known about using cool colors for depth, to lower saturation and such but always avoided doing it cuz I was scared it wouldn't look good (and just always thought that it was only good for fruits and objects 😭) ALSO THE HAIR IS SO GOOD It's kinda of similar to junji ito's way of drawing hair (as well as a couple of other artists but my memory is so bad rn) I think the hand was good (plus it was covered by the hair) so I don't think anyone would have noticed it, heck I didn't even notice anything with it. The water turned out really good, I personally forget that water kinda bounces off so when I draw rain scenes they end up looking meh AND THE STEAM I've never thought to draw steam like that. I've always just used an airbrush or just some steam brush for that But the way you drew it really makes it more control-able? If you know what I mean? Like being able to position it and get it to look right 😭 Anyway I really enjoyed this! Sorry for the rant-

Love these videos so much. 2:48 this is so real. I love how your style is growing with digital art. What brushes did you use? I’m getting used to layers and I love the depth I get with it but I’m still figuring out my style lol every piece is different rn
Thxx you bro! I use brushes I find from the Clip Studio Asset store, so as far as I understand, they're exclusive to Clip Studio Paint. I don't know if it'll be of any help, but the specific brushes I use for painting are : 透明水彩R and Muk 04 round/Muk 02, then my line art is done with アナログ風Gペン(墨っぽい). The line art pen has no line weight, and the brushes act a lot like oil, but my use of layers brings in watercolor characteristics :))

lmao we're opposite- I can't focus long enough to visually read, but I'm good at listening for a long time lol There is an e-book available on kindle/amazon, and it's 99 cents or free with kindle unlimited. OR, the video has a manuscript of the captions, so that's a way to read it for free too lol the link to the ebook and access to the transcript are in the description of the episode videos :))))

I love ittt🩵 do you use a clear burnishing pencil or white? I used colored pencils in my latest drawing that I posted and I used a white pencil. I might try to find a clear one cause of the white hue the other leaves
Yes, I use a colorless blender. I'll occasionally use a white colored pencil to burnish, but only when I want a milky effect lmao bro I saw your drawings they look so good! And ur shorts are performing good too lmao I'm excited!! ◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜
