I love this video. She has nice drum form and clear tones. Beautiful rhythmatic sound. Very melodic. I'm a learning traditional djembe drummer since 06/03/1984. I've been inspired by the beautiful sounds and shape of the djembe and how it touches the spirit and soul deeply. Sista love is on a wonderful drumming journey. As a drummer it's not getting to the finish line it's the journey along the way. The finish line is when your encouragement and teachings of those you learned from along the way. May sista love continue to be blessed and enjoy the journey of drumming and learning everything there is to know about drumming and the djembe itself. Bless up sista.

When I was young (a long time ago), women drummers were relatively rare. It's wonderful to see history come full circle and find so many talented women drummers on TH-cam. Layne Redmond is smiling down on you - great performance!
