UHHH, that's not an RS-232 connector.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It’s confusing - the ports for RS232 come in many different styles, like USB, DB25, DB9 and even RJ45. On this unit, it is an RJ45 port on the mother board of the USB Connect to keep the unit small. The unit transfers over the supplied cable. It’s NOT an Ethernet port on this unit, like your computer has. We appreciate your comment!
what is the price of this product
The Portable is $700 - it saves the customer a few hours of install time, it's not dedicated to one machine AND we have a Black Friday sale going on for USB products starting next week if you need more than one. Hope that helps!

No help on how to set up
Hi there. This is not a tutorial video. We do have other tutorial videos. If you have one of our DNC software products, which is Predator DNC or eXtremeDNC, please contact us and we can have support help you set up DNC software. Otherwise, we do have more tutorial videos coming out very soon.
