Great pics also at 1:47 Might have lost my sense of scale here 😅, pretty awesome to see from this perspective!
Thanks
Yeehaw
So ! let me get this straight. Your chasing geo- engineered weather, aka man manipulated storm systems aka fake weather, and your trying to pass it off as a legitimate anomaly, Wow ! Who is Dane Wigington aka GEO-ENGINEERING WATCH, What are Chem trails.
Thanks mate. Good vid, enjoy your Christmas.
I thought it was good presentation will subscribe
Your audio sounds terrible. Sound jumps from one ear to the other. Very distracting.
I hear what you are talking about. I hadn't thought about it myself until I used an extension in my browser EQ+ to change the output to mono.
@@turtlefrog3585 yeah I gett this, something we need to fix. Need to brush up my audio
Why dont you just SPIT IT OUT & tell the truth 🤔
@@AngelMatagi They truth being 🤔
All will be revealed. Sometime soon. Likely next Saturday morning.
Thanks Aaron

Auckland Thunderstorm Fan: That storm last week was awesome. Best one in years. Can't wait until the next one. Auckland: You're going to be waiting a while!
Nailed it!
0:52 Ahh did a chatgpt on Evaporative cooling How does that look? Predicted snow levels can end up being lower than forecasted due to the phenomenon of evaporative cooling when rain transitions to snow. Here’s how it works: 1. **Initial Rainfall**: When a weather system moves in, it may initially bring rain, especially if the temperature is close to freezing. As the rain falls through a layer of dry air below the cloud level, some of it evaporates before reaching the ground. 2. **Evaporative Cooling**: The process of evaporation requires heat. As rain evaporates, it absorbs heat from the surrounding air, cooling it down. This cooling can lower the temperature in the area where the rain is falling. 3. **Temperature Drop**: As the temperature drops due to evaporative cooling, the air might cool enough to allow snow to form instead of rain, or for the snow level to lower. 4. **Reduced Snow Levels**: Even though snow may start falling, the overall moisture content of the air might decrease due to the initial evaporation. This can result in less moisture being available to fall as snow, leading to lower snow accumulation than initially forecasted. In summary, evaporative cooling can lower the air temperature enough to change rain into snow or lower the snow level, but the initial evaporation can reduce the total amount of moisture available, leading to less snow overall than what might have been predicted based on warmer temperatures.
Yay, wet spring.........
Brilliant weather reporting!
Thanks
Congratulations on your 50th video forecast
Thanks!
Good stuff Aaron, have you moved house? Its CJ by the way.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Cold in Nelson, mate. Lots of snow on the ranges.
Thanks
Thanks for doing these videos each week. 👍
Love the ending
That tornado reminds me of this one that touchdown in Colorado: th-cam.com/video/bjb7QtMEBUg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lJlK8Eg9vb_qok9w
The media hipe making it sound like doomsday, while really nothing happened, will result in many not paying much attention the next time. Granted, where we are auroras are a common accurance for us. A bit of short term phone, internet and radio outages, before the weekend. But nothing on the weekend, not even reports of short power outages. Obviously that is a good thing. But it might desensitize the public to warnings in the future.
Try this comment - Awesome photos of the Aurora Aaron.
Just a tinge of rain here in Nelson.
It's been an extraordinary week of twisters. As I'm not on FB, can you update the Insta page aswell? That'd be great. Had a weak funnel out brightener way today. Very spring like day.
Brightwater.
Hey, Yes we will be quite active on IG while I am away 👍

I had some lightning shoot through last week, early hours of the morning. what a surprise lol.
No it is
Great photos! The lightning matches up with the Rakaia's Salmon expression very well.
Thanks for the detailed explanations 😀
Look forward to seeing the New Years Eve Photos
Aaron talks about them in our latest video
Under the weather a bit, Aaron. Nice that Leithfield got a mention. Great forecast from the comfort of a chair.
That was a turtle head tornado. 🌪
