Hi, do you know how to enable or disable the counter number on screen while it's printing sheets? I Have a Ricoh 3000 and when i'm printing sheets, at screen doesn't show up the numbers (printed/quantity)... I don't know if it's a machine issue or some option to enable, can't see where...

is this the same process on all models of Ricoh?

Hello,I have a Ricoh MP 2851, and it dont grand me access to Scanner, i do can access, but whenever i press Start button (to it starts scans) it does nothing. Like if i had no permission, a error in the firmware maybe? But from Document server, when i hit the Preview scan thing, it DO scan, but since that interface i can not sent the file throught the network or save it in the computer by any means. At the start, i had a problem that i couldn't login as Admin user, went to the Service Menu, and reset that by inputting a code un SP Menu. After rebotting the machine, i were able to login as Admin/blank, but whenever i try to copy, scan, document scan server, or use any functions, it says I have no privilegies to do it. I assumed i had to create a new user, and set their permissions (logged in as admin) So I created a user admin2, and i granted him all permissions and fuctions from administrative menu. But whenever i try to login ad admin2, it says password its wrong, even when i put a blank one, or any one, it wont log me in What do I do? I can scan from computer using a software, but in the Ricoh, whenever i go to the Scan Menu, and hit the Start button, Nothing happens... What do I do? I saw a video from a guy loggin as developer from the SP Menu Does that Developer will allow me to configure, set and grant permissions into users i make? Does that developer code, its different than login as admin/supervisor? Will that Developer code log me in as some high privilegies user?
