The chiller wasn't running...
Not the government in our corner for sure😢
Did you use a impact or a ratchet impact can break off spark plugs
Nope Handtools only till this happened and No the owner Ran it to the dirt. Over 300,000+ but never spent any money only Gas. TIP If soaked over night with Petro this probably wont happen and Change the plugs before 300k😂
How many miles ? Also how’s it running now
@@mrlocc9696 hello Thanks for stopping in. Great News 314,097 Still Rolling. It Doesnt like long drives or alot stop go at lights because transmission
Oh ya that's the shit.
Thank you
Just satisfying to watch
This one Really is Right to it i never said a word the Sound is pure Fins. And the damage was not to bad this coil was a Hot water coil and the supply air temp was low when it had Hot water the coil was Clogged after the wash i was Showing new boots How it worked Because he enjoys Flatting them😮 Now he will learn. iv had a boss send guys to to this and say get it done guys using cards, Forks😂
Friend of mine brought over his 6.7 Cummins driveshaft and yoke a buddy of his tried to remove the u joint in they heated a little bit but not enough to melt the glue ended up putting a hole in one of the caps and I was like wow I told him you have to heat all that glue out etc and this just happened to pop up on my feed
crazy how phones do that.... pop them up. This task was on a older truck and was different for me becase i never have done this before i used high heat but kept in mind I didn't want to replace the whole shaft , rubber hammer socket and torch worked.
Very cool! I’m a residential hvac installer part of me wants to get into industrial service side of things. I want to learn how to repair and rebuild chillers. So cool to me watching other guys work on chillers on TH-cam.
😂❤ Yeap i will Watch too or show how no more wires for me. 😢im a loner so i did commercial less people.
anti-click farms!
Was this a 404a system converted to 448a? If so what all was required? Any component changes? I have 60 ice machines I would like to convert but I just got into hvac and don’t know enough yet to tackle that project, just looking for more information
Have you had any experience with systemvu? Which is better? Rtu open?
Nice load out why carry more when you can carry exactly what’s needed ! Looks good 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@@benchandler7089yeap most times a large bag is always to much and The brand has Held up still today Very pleased. i have seen any days guys full pack and carry it only needing small hand tools. Thanks for the sub 👍
Who would fall for this ??
Butane is in my water cooler.
@chargermopar Butane is Cooler anyways 😉 Thats Why Blue flame Cold.
The Z stands for variable I believe
That's not been that's wasp
Sheesh I wonder who designed and programmed that kit?? (I did haha)
🤯
Just another reason for them to push you to try and buy a newer model. Someone will always have the 410a and r22 and r134 gas.
Its not the manufacturers 😂 you are either a biden bot or really have no clue . In either case your a biden boy
Lg dual inverter
These are Sweet i think. Wish People had them on there homes
How’s it going, you ever thought about training techs on these ?
Hello Thanks For Checking out my Short. I have made a test board before to help explain and help with low voltage problems but not like in class. only to tech iv worked with.
Hi great video
Hey, thanks for watching glad you enjoyed it.

tks man for the knowledge!
their falling off, repair possible?
Most times the coil falling is age so replacement is option not repair but some time can be
I have never ever seen my oil ever look that milky. The only vacuum oil Ive ever seen that milky was on a York Absorber chiller which literally uses water as its refrigerant and the vacuum pump keeps non condensables out (nitrogen, oxygen, etc). Crazy.
💯% The Line needed flushed it was under ground lines 100'+ feet in 8" pvc and what a pain. A co worker left vac over night and the leak was in the copper line like 1/2" an 1" or something like that in the pvc and a 45 was leaking and the pipes had water in it. 🫣😱. all this had been filled in Grass and plants who know maybe a tree coulds have busted the pvc an not sure what to say about the leak . If It's Under Ground Double . Triple Check it. This is a way to ruin tools and equipment hell even reputation.
So what the condenser fan wasnt working ?
funny... because its not safe to run out side with blade on
That’s sick dude. What scanner is it? I know it’s a Siemens but is it Siemens Espree 1.5T?
yes 👍 i think so i dont do anything inside the chamber but its cool to check out their pc setup too and that i check psi readings. 😢 This place has lost alot of $$$ due to Venting of helium because they fail to pm the chiller unit. and customers turning around because it shuts down so they cant complete scan it errors out $$$:again
@@joshuaalewis4842 yes it is i just saw. If you look closely on the left hand side bottom of the scanner you can see it says “magnetom espree.” The coldhead pump itself is at the top of the mri on the left but it’s hidden under the covering of the mri to protect it. Most MRI’s use 1,700 litres of liquid helium to keep the superconducting magnets cool. The liquid helium needs to be topped up periodically. I’m not an MRI tech but I wish i was.
What is the name of this product

Whats up
I could give it a Try. Most manuals in German and metric is used but i would start with the two books install and operations Book are online easily found .
I replaced compressor #2 and am pulling a vacuum now. The system is split into 2 parts, compressor n filter side. Recovery had to be done from both sides, 2lbs compressor and 25 filter side. When recharging do I have to put back same into each side bc when system off the solenoid separates the 2, or all refrig in filter side and once started it will open and cycle through both???
@@MRSTAR80 Yes Two Side. Low an High
@@MRSTAR80 because scrolls have discharge check valves , Systems should be charged both high and low sides simultaneously to assure ref. PSI is in comp before starting it. majority of charge put into the high to prevent bearing washout best if only vapor into the low side. 😉 GoodLuck
Does it have rebirth island
Your a year late bud
So Low pressure tripped the high pressure trip
🤯🤷
Is it walmart?
No, Its a Hospital kitchen
There is condinser fan.. Becuse i see big umbrella above the unit ?
Yes Roof Over Most of it But like 10' Above it. an your right a Short Roof can affect the Fan motors.
It's like a Star Wars reference rdd2😅
잘봤습니다 한국 유튜브에는 실제사용법이 별로없어 여기까지왔네요
What's happens if one of those horizontal pipes has a hole in it
in my case its h2o so water would leak. This one has been removed so its Inlet an Outlet pipe was removed water with a hose flush in both sides cleaned the coil because it was for Hot water for a heater an was Covered real bad with Growth after it was washed then i also used This tool to fix it as best as i could. I Found it to be Oddly Satisfying 😆. If its for a Home ac system an your outside coil that tube would probably be High Pressure i would avoid getting a leak.
O hmm...
@@joshuaalewis4842 Thing is, last ac technician secured ac split evaporater to walls by pushing roughly and punctured one of those horizontal pipes. He said it was fine, no harm done. But I dunno... AC don't seem as cold anymore. Could just be me. I just wanna know if It will make me ill
Thanks for responding 👍
My dad told me how he used to service huge mammoth units, never seen one in person before.
Good tip Thanks
Are you using this to cool the compressor down to prove that the compressor still works and something else caused it to overheat and quit functioning properly?
Yes. The Condenser fan was dead an the compressor tripped internal overLoad "OL". If you shut it down an give it time to cool Or Speed up that step with that device an was able to get it Going. After 5 min it Reset an was Reading Ohms after replacing the motor unit cools and didnt need new unit after All. I Also Have Used it For Recovery To Cool the recovery Bottle If i dont use My Coil Cooler for it.
that's effective only on new unitss... i don't know the older and dirty and weaker fins due to it'ss age
😂 Well Time are Changing we are moving towards Microchannel AC coils... those are worse to bend back straight. This Coil Was Indoors an was 10 years old. It was a hot water coil.
Yep, see this all the time... thanks for the vid
No problem Thanks for watching! Its weird it was a high psi alarm code when its flat .
What did you make that hole with? A bowling ball? 🤣
Power Of The Fist. 👊🏼
Awesome vid bro and informative
My ac is hot temperature
I split the coils and then clean
Respectfully, you can spay from both directions with the proper pressure. You have the wrong fitting as well, you want a fan spray or blade, not a pencil sized stream and shoot downward not straight into coils. Also is there are aerosols that help remove heavy dirt like this. I think you need to learn a bit more about the correct procedure. Good luck kid. 😂
😭🥹 U think So? 💀
