Hello, "Broke Boiz Productions" I was analyzing your channel and saw that in your channel have some problem, That's why your channel is not much growing and not getting much engagement, If you can solve these problems, Your channel will grow like a storm. If you tell I can tell these problems. Where can I tell? Here or email?
What’s the lift and tire/rim combo??
It isn’t on a lift but there a 15x8 Ultra type 164 on a Milestar Patagonia M/T 31x10.50
@BBP_144oh man that looks really good then I just recently bought a ‘95 and plan on going this route just felt like the 31” that it currently has look a bit small so I plan on doing 33” with 16x8 and installing rough country’s 4” lift
@BBP_144 definitely looks lifted. somebody put in landcruiser coils or something
struggling for 10 minutes on whatever I was doing......this is me on literally EVERY....SINGLE....STEP....of repairing anything on my car, even things I've several times before and I have full understanding of what I'm doing. There are somethings I truly don't understand how the "book time" is 1 or 2 hours. every hour of "book time" equates to 4 hours for me somehow.
I’m glad I’m not the only one😂
Clean 4 runner, Where did you get your headlights from??
Oracle lighting
Nice, honest video! I love your energy. You have some technical stuff, that are not correct. The facelift with the headlights and the front grill (from TOYOTA to the logo) is made in 1992. Mine is like yours, 1991. Also, the 3.0 has 143 HP and has no problems with timing chain, since it has a timing belt and its a non-interference engine. You are 100% on point on everything else. And let me say you have a fantastic truck right there! What size rims and tires do you have on? Any lift? I love the stance. Keep up the videos coming! Never getting tired of watching second gens :)
The wheels and tires are Ultra type 164’s and they are a 15x8 and for the tires they are 31x10.50 Milestar patagonias, there’s a older video on my channel where I go over everything on the truck
Yep, I saw several other videos after I wrote the comment. Cool content, dude! Truck is looking great 🤙
Going from 580 watts to 6k watts is a bit much. Those dual subs arent taking 3k watts each so be careful u will blow them to smithereens
What happened to your fender and where can I get one? Mine is rusty
I bought the truck wrecked on the driver side and put that fender on about two years ago,and a few months ago just got a can of clear coat and sprayed it on there to or even further weathering you can get the fender from car parts.com
Love these trucks! I have the same truck just red, even the same seat covers 😂 it was my first car and I still have it and daily it 5 years later, but you got a few things wrong, they started production in 89, the grill update happened in 92, 2nd gen’s never had leaf springs, first gen’s did but not 2nd gen’s, the 3.0 is actually a great engine just as good as a 22re despite what people like you with no experience say and is a timing belt non interference so if the belt snapped it’s no biggie, if you’re chain breaks in a 22r it’s game over. I’m not saying this is universal but in my experience, I’m on my 3rd 22re in 410,000 miles so they definitely aren’t bulletproof, all of my friends that have had 22re trucks have had problems with timing chain guides , headgaskets, etc. all my friends that had 3.0s never had any major issues just normal stuff like injectors, leaks, and alternators, regardless of how you spec it tho these trucks are killer, it’s the 4runner that nobody loves, I’ve never understood why but I’m not complaining, cheap prices and more of them for anyone who knows how good they are, they will go toe to toe with any other 4x4 Toyota truck on the market and hold there own but very few seem to recognize or accept it, first gens and 3rd gens get all the love
From what I’ve picked up with Toyota in the late 80’s and early 90’s was still trying to figure what they were trying to do 😂 cause if you look at all the minor changes and little things they did here and there you see that it’s quite confusing and very intricate when it comes to there vehicles and the pickups and 4Runners are a perfect example of that,I appreciate y’all correcting me😂
What’s the exhaust set up on this
LCE longtube to a 2.5 inch black widow muffler then 2.5 out the rear
I'm on my 3rd 2ng Gen and I have grown to appreciate the 3.0... I hear new young 2nd gen enthusiasts repeat the head gasket issue but that can be remedied with an exhaust cross over delete kit... Two of my 3.0's are about to hit 300,000 miles on them and they are running strong... It's also a matter of how you treat and love your engines... If you try to treat a 3.0 like a 3.4, you're of obviously going to experience issues... If you learn and become one with your 3.0, it's a very capable engine, you just need to learn it's limitations and their strengths... Most people that crap on the 3.0 have never really owned a 3.0 and learned all it's quirks, bugs and strengths that comes with owning one... But, living in the world of the interweb, people repeat what they hear and read and regurgitate that freshly ascertained information.... The 3.0 has been a great engine and I'm going to own more in the future... I'm also cool with people avoiding the 2nd gen 4runners, that means more affordable 4runners for me...
That’s the only problem I’ve ever heard with the R/RE’s is there timing chain guides breaking and destroying the valve train since there Interference motors but I’ve never heard of them having issues with head gaskets, the people I know that have these and build the R series for there trail rigs, rock crawlers etc I have never heard them complain about a head gasket and those motors revive more abuse than I put mine through, but thanks for the information on the 3.0 I appreciate you correcting me on the stuff I got wrong😂
bruh the spit on the bucket lmao
It had me dying 😭
jesus we need to get that thing more power for some longer slides

you have no idea what the fuck you are talking about.
Nahh hate to be that guy buh few months back I seen 4 of em inna row all different colors & these for sum of the cleanest 2nd gen’s iv personally seen in person
Came here cause i got the same amp for cheap but im subscribing because that yota is clean. I have an 88 pickup regular cab that is my trail beast. Lifted with some tires. Love seeing them trucks run. Mine would never handle the amp. My alternator would just fry im sure lol.
I appreciate it man there’s a lot more to come
I appreciate it man there’s a lot more to come
Some might have a good driver door 🥲
Driver mod 🥰
Leave the amp on the back of the seats
Love the outro
If you’re happy with it, doesn’t really matter how much power it has.
You kids aren’t use to AB amplifiers. I have the BT heritage 6ch it cost me $106 back when Trump was in office. It’s increased by $40. I like it on a pair of 2 ohm CDT 6x9. Was just installed on the 4th of July. It is the very first amp that my 14 year old son installed. He lit up when he finished with the speakers playing super loud compared off the deleted head unit before install. You get what you pay for. I hate to tell you. The vector is probably doing nothing close to 1200 watts. Subsonic… leave it alone.
Add up the amount of the fuse then multiply by 14.4 (60x2=120, 120x14.4=1,728) that is the maximum output but if you know how much your electrical system is putting out then use that as your multiplier. Example: 120×13.2= 1,584 And no, it doesn't go up if you increase your fuse capacity, use the right size fuses
Thanks for the help
Good stuff dude! 👏👏👏
It is a good amplifier
Naa
You don't want subs on full, switch it to LPF, subsonic off, and the low pass filter on about 80, just trying to help get best sound and not blow ya shit bro
Good advice.
I appreciate the advice I’m still learning about sound
@@BBP_144we were all there at one time. Car audio, home theater is an addictive hobby for some of us. Lanzar is not looked at favorably in the industry. Or Dual. They are cheap and everything they sell is overrated by ALOT. Cheap and it plays clear. Then you upgrade as you learn more. Just have fun!
that amp puts out about 1200 watts, you can usually take the total fuse rating and multiply it by 10. in this case two 60amp fuses times 10 is 1200.
Agree.
I would think a little less if class D 80% of 1200 watts class AB might be 50% of that 1200 watts due to efficiency
bro you're young and just repeating shit you've read or heard. no real world experience lol
“No real world experience” *totally doesn’t own the vehicle he’s talking about for almost two years and have multiple people that own them too*
@BBP_144 i mean 5mins in you're factually wrong about a few things including lights, name of 3vze, coils vs leafs.
Cool 👌
Sick!!!!
Maybe get off and lock the hubs…?Nice rig bro I got 1 too 95 5 speed 4x4 238xxx and running strong…loving every second of it
Mine doesn’t have manual locking hubs
I look so fat in that video omg I need to loose weight. Gotta post the cop chase 😂
Coming later😂
Its like Indy Motor Speedway there, that thing should be in the Indy Speedway LMBO :)
😂😂
Sweet deal for $2700!!
I appreciate it but it looked nothing like this when I got this😂
Good video, but you got a lot wrong. 2nd gens never had leaf springs from factory. 2nd gens are more known for the “2nd gen squat” than any of the other gens, but you’re correct in that the 3rd gens had it too. The 3.0 is a bad motor compared to other Toyota motors. But compared to most of what other manufacturers put out, it’s awesome. Also the 3.0 has a timing belt not a chain. So while it’s annoying that you have to swap it every 100k miles, it’s a pretty easy job and doesn’t feel fair to knock it on that being as belts were super popular back then.
My bad I meant to say timing belt on that, but I’m sure they did offer the leaf springs in the 4Runners and pickups cause I have a buddie who just recently sold his 91 4Runner with the 3.0 and his had leaf springs if I’m not mistaken and another buddie of mine had a 90 pickup that’s has leaf springs
@@BBP_144 the pickups did have leafs, but the 4Runners didn’t unless someone did it aftermarket, usually during a solid front axle swap.
Nice
💯
Clean asf! Can’t wait to drive my 4runner all the way back to Ga 😂
Preciate it dawg maybe one day we can meet up 😂
