Amen and Hallelujah!🙏🤍🌿🕊️🤗💫💞🦋🌻🌟🗽
I just heard this on Classic FM! Thank you so much for this ❤!
Me Too! IT's beautiful.
@@AndrewWernick you just heard it on Classic FM? My radio is off at the moment.
@@monicanath4859 I looked for the piece at Amazon Music but to no avail. I'm in California so probably on a different listening schedule than you. I love Classic FM.
Lovely! Believe it or not, my college schoolmate from my year abroad in England emailed me this link from where he is retired in Chiang Mai Thailand! He's a retired international law professor, was surprised to see the venue was Roanoke and knew I grew up there. Small world!
What a wonderful small world connection! :) I love this.

Hi Cara! Live (or otherwise).
Hi Cara! Thanks for taking the time to do this. I will see you next week.
It is always good to see you there! :)
I am reporting the commenter Booboo Bear for harassment. You're welcome

One of the most under-rated pieces of music. Impossible to purchase and listen to when I want to.
Why is the David Campbell recording with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra so expensive?
I agree, impossible to purchase. Luckily enough the Bournemouth music library has a CD copy available to lend. Quite appropriate, as this is a BSO recording.
I have been in contact with the Bournemouth Music Library and they say that they do not have the BSO playing Camillieri. A door shuts again but I will keep trying. Thank you.
I just finished reading Joe and Leigh Anne’s wonderful book, so I loved getting to see this! 💚 Thanks for posting!
Bless you for doing compline-- loved the quote from Newell
I adore this piece of music. Thank you for posting it.
This is lovely......
beautiful tone! pianist is great also
I would like to listen to David Campbell playing Charles camilleri second movement with an orchestra.
I love you, Mom.
Great effort here. This piece takes lots of stamina. If you want a somewhat masterclass on this piece, listen to the David Hickman recording. Beware, he plays the last mvt at about 116 bpm and the tonguing is flawless.
Awesome !! such a beautiful voice outreach mastering high notes , and the Piano music was one of excellence. it calm's the mind. very enjoyable . Thanks,
Beautiful! Would you happen to have the sheet music in your key of Bb? I keep finding Eb online and I like this key much better. Thank you!
Can you give a source for this version with the piano accompaniment? Lovely piece.
Commercial rubbish and ideas stolen from Copland's clarinet concerto.
You are talking complete nonsense. You, sir, are a buffoon.
Keith McIntyre Hey genius, you need to listen to a bit more music.
Booboo Bear There is this similarity; both pieces are played on the clarinet. I understand how that might confuse you.
Keith McIntyre Compare it with the first movement of the Copland. In Camilleri the accompaniment is different and the piece is faster. Good listening if this is your kind of thing.
Keith McIntyre And by the way....I commend your humour.
Great playing!
Lovely work, thanks for sharing!
Lovely work Mgr Camilleri. Prosit.
Is this Chris Magee a former Professor of Music at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa
Very well done - thumbs up!
Something more constructive?
terrible
Thanks! :)
Wer hat die Bearbeitung gemacht un wo bekomme ich die Noten?
A brilliant piece. Great writing and performance.
I love this piece! I am actually going to try and convince my trumpet instructor to allow me to perform this piece.
:D Great job!! I'm also a soprano, would you recommend these arias for auditions?
you're very beautiful and sweet! great voice! i wish you lots of success!
Art Nurse on the end, handing out "Art Heals" stickers!
Wow! great preformance, nice voice and of course lovely girl, she did wonderful... I love her.
These young people are very talented, they will go far.
The middle one shook my hand today(;
No problem -- our church, Anglican (Anglo-Catholic), has a recessional after weddings as well, but it's also what we call the final hymn, when the choir (usually) leaves the stalls in procession to the rear of the church before the final blessing and dismissal. The organist then, if he's not in hurry to be off home, usually does a voluntary (Stanley, Purcell, etc.)
@OuldGit1 Thanks - glad you enjoyed the recording! This was from a Sunday service, not a wedding; we use "recessional" usually to refer to the recessional hymn at St. E's (and I think fairly typical of Episcopal churches) so the postlude is the music the congregation leaves to - the equivalent to a recessional in a wedding. Clear as mud, I guess. :)
Is this being played as a recessional piece? (is that what 'postlude' means, as opposed to 'prelude'? -- it's a new one on me) -- If so, it's lovely.
Awww ... you don't play that bad .... : )
Respect! These youngsters are going to be something big if they stick at it!
In the U.S., Van Cott Information Services has it. Metropolis Music Publishers in Belgium (the publisher), and Boosey & Hawkes and MusicRoom in Britain also list it.
@OuldGit1 So glad you enjoyed it! It's one of the clarinetist's favorite pieces, and it's beautiful in a quiet way.
Thank you for this -- a lovely tranquil piece in a busy world -- I live next to a main road in the UK, and constantly have traffic running past my window, but this makes it go away for a minute or two !
