Oi, amigo. O termo "jogabilidade" se refere às qualidades, dificuldades em se jogar de acordo com a programação, tempo de resposta do comando, timing, caixas de colisão, design de nível. Até achei que esse seria o assunto ao acessar o vídeo. O que você fez pode ser chamado de "gameplay", "ingame"; ou se não quiser usar termos em inglês, pode chamar de "jogatina" ou simplesmente "jogo", mesmo. Espero ter contribuído aí para o canal.
