What's the best rosemary essential oil for hair regrowth

It's amazing how the crown of that palm that was felled into the street essentially exploded off the trunk when it hit the pavement. There was really nothing left holding it to the trunk. What a liability if that crown simply fell off the top of the trunk on its own in a storm. So if injection works, do you suppose the cities will take that up, or just wait and remove infect/infested trees as they become a problem? Most cities don't seem to be very proactive. Just a thought. ~Ron

Hi, we need the height but not the width or bushyness as we've only got a narrow border so can't have a big bushy tree, thought of bamboo but don't want it to get out of hand in a border plus it would cost a fortune to have about 10 pots of which is the amount we would need to block next doors ugly cabin out, any suggestions please..
