Something a little different than corn and soybeans. I spent some time during our stay watching the beach renourishment project happening from western Gulf Shores to the FL line. It started in Early November and ran 24/7 with the exception of a few storm days. #orangebeach #gulfofmexico

The background singing is spot on
I was wondering if anyone would notice, it's defiantly not me ...... LOL
What kind of yields were u getting looks good?
Corn yields were probably one of the top three crops I have ever raised. Yields varied from 200 to 260 depending on how productive the farm is. Beans were in the low 60's to upper 70's. They had more potential but needed a late rain to finish them out.
Great footage, but I'd rather hear the machines running than canned music.
I agree. The sound was either bad or had multiple people's conversations in the background in several of the clips

Great video thanks for the information 👍 😊
Great job on memorial day
Perfect!
Amen
you guys have one or two 310 magnums
Two, we've had one for several years and bought a second one a couple years ago. The planter tractor is a 235.
We are in good shape for now. I plant 1.25 inches deep 6.75 inches apart 12 row 38 inches. 26500 population.
We were planting 2"+ to make sure it would all be in moisture. Our weather took a 180 a couple days after finishing corn and has rained 10+ inches since then. We plant 32,000 in 30" rows
Why the wide rows? My guess from the other info you gave. Is that you are in bid sky country.
What brand of planters do you run?
Kinze 3600
We are your 400th subscriber. Happy planting !
Thanks, you gained a subscriber also.
What variety of corn are you planting?
We planted 5 different Dekalb hybrids in the 111 to 115 day maturity range
Which fertilizer do you apply most
Blend of MEZS, DAP and Potash for P&K needs and anhydrous ammonia as a nitrogen source. All fall applied after harvest.
And how much yield you get
Go big red
That was very interesting & informative regarding the types of soil, hybrids used and results. Thanks for uploading.
God bless America❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thats some nice clean fields right there..😊
Bean crop looks good, what was it yielding?
Overall, they averaged in the 60's but varied a lot from field to field
God bless America 🙏🙏

How many acres do you farm
Hello sir, are you located in US or Canada? I'd like to join your team.
Great video. Like the water furrows.
Thanks.
Where is your farm located?
West Central Illinois
Hello! Greetings from Portugal.
Nice video! I wish I was ready to plant, we still have 2 feet of snow on our fields.
Looking good hope all goes we’re probably looking to get in the fields at end of the week. Nice video
Where are you? Northeast Missouri tri-state area. They’ve been filled the last few days since? Thursday maybe Wednesday
@@paulprigge1209 Illinois we do about 4,000 with my cousins gettin dry fast
@@walterlaubscherjr2011 I’m guessing Northern Illinois then. We’ve had some good weather last seven days I guess
@@paulprigge1209 yep we’re about 30 minutes from Indiana state line we also farm on the state line how much you got planted so far
@@walterlaubscherjr2011 I am merely on the sideline. My renter and church members are heavily involved as well as my cousins.
I could move down there in a heartbeat if I didn't like farming so much.
I'd like to live there from Thanksgiving to April if I had someone to get things done around here.
Seeing that DMC stirrator almost triggered some PTSD.
Just subscribed farmer from Kansas
Thanks
