Spring has arrived and it’s the perfect time to hit the road and explore the unknown. Come with us on a weekend adventure to the coastal town Cervantes. Only a 2.5 hour drive from Perth, Cervantes is the gateway to explore the Pinnacles Desert, Jurien Bay, Lancelin dunes and is home to the iconic Lobster Shack. With so much to see and do, it’s the perfect destination for your next weekend getaway, or a great stopover on a longer road trip to the Coral Coast.

Amazing experience! But can we see killer whales in Gold Coast too?
No unfortunately, Bremer Bay is the only place in Australia you can see them. Except for on rare occasions they are spotted elsewhere, never on the Gold Coast though

How do you know where the crocks are before enter the water?
Good question, you don’t really. We were only swimming in fresh water so there shouldn’t be any salt water crocs, majority only fresh water crocs which don’t attack humans unless they feel threatened. Any the rangers put croc traps in the water holes so if there were any they would be more attracted to getting caught in the trap.

Great vid. I was there during the first days of September. Some shots took me right back. Due to the heated up rocks and no shade it is best to make hikes just after sunset until 10 AM, as you mentioned also. All the best.

Hi guys, new subscriber. How fun is Tunnel Creek 😊. I’ve done it twice now and saw crocs both times. The Kimberley is so vast and beautiful, my fave place on the planet, glad you love it too. 😍. WA sunsets are like no others, can’t wait to watch your adventures down the WA coast.
Tunnel Creek will last in our memories forever this experience was so worth it, yes we agree, might even say that WA has our hearts.

You have to get to the Bungles even if you don’t do the walk and you get a helicopter ride, we haven’t done it yet but the next time we go we will. You can’t believe what you’re seeing

Ahhh, unfortunately it is not our recipe to share. This recipe was passed down from her grandmother who only shared it with a handful of people she loved. 🥰
