I think answer to 33-question should be fate
Actually fate can not be answer because Speaker says people are driven by circumstances and fate, which can be things like poverty, religious belief and society. Actually, trap used here is - 3 different types of fate (1st one is to be written and other 2 are given). I hope this will help.

I do not understand why 13 is B. Can you explain this
I understand here one can easily get confused between B and C option. But finally B becomes Correct because one section of rail track is elevated means there is viaduct which is a type of bridge to cross river or a passage between two mountains. This has been said as highlight of journey. And reason why C is not answer because once it is said that tickets are easily available and can be bought while travel in train and is that makes purchase of ticket online or on phone bit unimportant. So, final answer is B. You may listen to it again.
